We had a wonderful few days staying at this beautiful property. The outlook is unbeatable, the barn has a welcoming feel and had everything we needed was supplied, right down to milk in the fridge. The location is convenient to the Raglan township and the five minute walk to the beautiful surf beach was an added bonus. Thank you Jean for sharing your patch of paradise with us. We stayed here to go to an event at the surf club. It’s a short walk across farmland and lovely for a morning walk on the beach. Quite close to town. Lovely dog!

This is a beautiful place to stay. You get lost in its simplicity and charm, as well as it's gorgeous surroundings. From the property there are uninterrupted amazing views of Ngarunui Beach, its great surf, and the coastline towards Port Waikato. The property is set up for a wonderful holiday with plenty of space for the whole family, including well behaved furry ones. The property owner lives next door but keeps herself to herself. However, if you do require help or advice with anything she is available to assist. We had such a wonderful time. We'll definitely be returning. Raglan, with its laid-back approach to life, has plenty to offer for all ages. Highly recommended. Don't delay, book today.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jean's lovely barn. We were made very welcome and the barn was perect for a relaxing stay, to get to know Raglan and swim on the surf beach which was within walking distance.

This is our third visit. We love it. My partner, sister and adult daughter stayed. The view is up there with the best ever. The barn has everything we want.

The barn is spacious and homely in a rural setting with sweeping views over the ocean. It had everything that we needed and was clean and tidy. Angus (dog) came to visit every now and again just to check on us, but left when we told him to go home.Thanks for your hospitality Jean.

A stunning view and location was promised and it certainly delivered. A lovely walk down to the beach, or a short drive if you are in a hurry or lots to carry. A perfect place to just laze back, enjoy the view and relax with a glass of wine.

The views alone are worth staying here for. The property had everything we needed with enough room to sleep seven of us. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Jean was always helpful whenever we needed anything. Lots to do in Raglan and the surrounding areas as well. Something to do for people of all ages. Great host and a great location. Ten out of ten.
