Nice property with awesome views of beach. A pleasant stay was had by a of us. Not really the type of property we were after but that is persona choice and our error in not reading the property listing correctly. We needed to pack the car up every a day if we wanted to go to the beach. It is in a residential area. Small cute village was a 5 minute drive. The main bedroom is beautiful however, the air-conditioning was inadequate to keep us comfortable enough of an evening on the hot nights. We did not think the price was on par to other homes we compared after the trip. We would probably not have booked it if we had,(once again, read the listing correctly), re bring all of our own linen. This was an added hassle the we did not wish to undertake on our holidays. We are coming back to the area again for another holiday however, we have located a residence that supplies linen and is across the road from the beach. The property is nice, we only had the issues as we didn't really want to do anything on our holiday, after a very busy year. The bedding layout was great and definitely sleeps the number of people comfortably. Kitchen was adequate although the oven was an issue and perhaps some new pots and pans would not go astray as they were very well used and past the used by date. Wifi is spasmodic and perhaps maybe, consider, for the amount charged, that Netflix or equivalent may be useful for quiet nights in. Overall a pleasant stay

Disappointed in the condition of the house.

A Fabulous family home with a wonderful outlook. Close to beach and shops. A relaxing atmosphere for family and friends which was a welcome relief. Spacious areas to have quiet time out. Would recommend for a family or friends weekend away.

We stayed at Stunning Ocean Panorama it was superb and perfect for our girls getaway weekend. Early Check-In/Check-Out was granted and it was perfect to make it feel like a full weekend. The views are even better than they look in the photos it is very large and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen and BBQ are well equipped, we didnt end up eating out as we had everything we needed and relaxing with the backdrop was fantastic. We did a grocery shop at the Umina Woolworths only 13min drive and walked along the beach but apart from that, we spent the rest of the time enjoying the facilities the house had to offer. Only small things we noted was there was no broom or dustpan/broom. There was no manual on how to use the surround sound system etc and with about 8 controls left in a bowl on a coffee table was quite confusing to work out. The carpet has been damaged by the weather in some of the bedrooms leaving rather unpleasant stains, although it does state no Linen, we assumed this was just bed linen but it is actually all forms including tea towel, floor mats etc Just small things considering the wonderful time we had, we will all very happily be returning.

House has a brilliant view though is deteriorating in some respects. Very large and comfortable with all amenities you need

The spacious living areas and amazing views set the scene for a fabulous family catch up. We loved the pool room (nearly as much as the kids) and the main living space allowed all of us to eat and drink together. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. We would book again. Many thanks to the owners.

Fantastic holiday home which met all our expectations.The expansive layout was perfect offering different living areas and a rumpus room with snooker table.This was our second stay at the property and we have rebooked for next year. Highly recommend

Our second booking at this place. Overall-good. Spacious and well equipped. Attention to small details the only fault. Can opener and egg beater faulty, tips missing from billiard cues, absence of large cooking pots & pans to cater for the number of our party (10) people were irritants on an otherwise very satisfactory experience.
