Stayed Mar 31, 2022This had everything we wanted: - 4-minute walk to the beach - kitchen had everything one could need - VERY clean - plenty of space - great mattresses on the beds - lots of sunlight - quality air conditioning - nice decor - GREAT pool - dine outside overlooking the pool - lots of towels - a beach cart, chairs, I’m tells, toys - bikes - grill - close to not only the beach, but also dining, groceries, the lighthouse, and the causeway - and last but not least: a responsive agency. One example: one wooden step outside was a little loose. After I called about it, and even said it wasn’t urgent but they should know, someone was there repairing the step within the hour.

Stayed Dec 1, 2021This property was not what I expected. We expected a usable pool but got a pool that was 74 degrees. Not bad if you are semi-polar bear. The screen around the pool was ripped which I reported when we got there. The mgmt group said they would get someone to repair and after a months stay, we were still waiting for someone to show up. You couldn’t sit outside without the bugs coming after you. There were no bikes as other reviewers noted. It was close to the beach but on a main thoroughfare so lots of truck and other traffic. If you want a quiet relaxing place with a useable pool, don’t expect that here.

Stayed Jul 21, 2018We Loved this house. We stayed on the neighboring island and Sanibel for 3 weeks total and both my husband and I agreed this was the best out of all 3 homes for us. It was just the right size and had everything you might need, beach towels, washer and dryer, a private pool! Bikes to bike to the nearest beach! Beach toys, and lots of games and activities for the kids all within the house. The kids loved loved loved the pool, they practically lived in it. We got some red tide at the beach on some days so it would of been a real bummer if we couldn't swim have we not had our own pool! Oh and did I mention that the pool has netting all around so you don't get eaten alive by moscitos at dusk?! Will defiantly be planning on returning :)

Stayed Jul 14, 2018Me and My family visited the week of 7/15/18 and this house was very well put together and extra clean. We really enjoyed using the bikes and ping pong table. I will definately stay here when I visit again. Nice people to do business with also.
