Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I spent a month at this luxury vacation townhouse and could not have been happier. The interior of the house is beautifully done in a minimalist but sophisticated way similar to a St. Barts style. The house is spacious and the openness of the common areas is wonderful. The outside property is equally impressive, you can relax on the upper deck and enjoy the wonderful open wildlife views and sky at night (as we did), or you can enjoy lounging by the heated pool. This is also a great location near everything you want to be in Montauk - just a quick drive or bike ride to Ditch Plains beach, the town, many restaurants, docks, etc., while at the same time it is very quiet and peaceful. The owners are great too, they not only left perfect (written) directions, but also were very responsive to any requests, both for the home and for the local area. This was our first time to Montauk and our overall experience was amazing! If you need a place to relax and enjoy Montauk, this is the place to stay! We hope to return soon...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I had the good fortune to rent this fabulous townhouse for the month of July 2016. This high quality and newly renovated home was in immaculate and perfect condition in every way - spacious and open, very well appointed, private and impeccable. The upstairs living is open and bright. I especially enjoyed the sunny deck and view of the open preserve and Lake Montauk. The kitchen is a cooks' dream equipped with high end appliances. The home is in a charming community in a perfect location close to town and Montauk's great beaches. There is a heated pool on the grounds that I used for my daily swims. The best part of my experience was the privilege to know the hosts who could not have been more helpful, accommodating and responsible. They made sure that all my needs were met, even to recommendations for restaurants, hikes and the best dog park for my dog! I highly recommend this property to other that want to enjoy all that Montauk has to offer in a quality home in a lovely setting! My 6 yr old Black Lab had a great time too!
