Stunning modern house in Sauble Beach blocks from the beach

Nice and great place

We had a wonderful time making memories in sauble beach. The cottage is so clean. It truly has everything you need. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach and downtown. Nice and close. It is very close to grocery and other shops. We really enjoyed the front patio and putting on the back patio. Yes there are two! The couch is incredible. Just welcomes the whole family to relax together. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire. The cottage has many options for outdoor fire but we went traditional and used the fire bowl in the backyard. There are fire tables on the front patio as well. The AC is a nice thing to have as well especially on those 30 plus days. We really enjoyed it. We will be back!

Our family (3 generations) stayed in this lovely home while discovering all Sauble Beach has to offer. Once we settled in, it felt like home. Nothing was missing, from cozy living room for rainy day movies, to the perfect dining room for those family meals or board games. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything you could possibly need was there, from all things needed in the kitchen to outdoor spaces to keep everyone happy. A large private lot at the end of a dead-end street allowed for great times around the campfire and hours of shooting hoops and riding bikes for the wee ones (just learning). A 15 minute walk to the beach completed the vacation. What a spot! Will be back again!

We felt right at home at this house. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had excellent appliances. 15 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to grocery store and downtown. Front deck was spacious and a great place to relax in the afternoon.

Our stay was very pleasant/quiet and very comfortable. Very close to amenities and the beach
