Stunning marsh view home with fire-pit and close to beach access

We did not like the in room amenities. No pot coffee maker only kcups with no k ups provided

We had an incredible experience at this condo. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t cook anything lol. The management company checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. I did mention that there were no extra pillowcases for the extra pillows. The next morning someone from management showed up with Pillowcases! The condo is located near restaurants, the beach and shopping. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!!

We were looking last minute and when we booked this home it had no reviews for the price I was a little hesitant. But rest assured there’s probably not a better value on Oak Island (there are some minor things that could be improved but I’ll gladly trade those for the price). With 2 small kids and our parents still only a few minute walk to the beach. (My 4 year old pulled the provided beach wagon by herself each day if that gives you an idea of the travel time). The house had everything needed for our stay and for the time on the beach, having an outdoor shower is so nice with kids. If you’re looking for a great value fear not just book it!

Perfect location, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The home provides beach chairs, beach carts, skim and boogie boards etc. We loved our stay!

Location was perfect. 5 min slow walk to the beach, and right on the intercoastal marsh so you can see the sunsets on the back balcony at night. Well kept, clean, and stocked with beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, etc. Would rent again.

This house is situated on a street off the main drag, perfect for our 3 year old to ride her bike, but also a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. We had everything we needed, soap, extra linens, beach equipment, outdoor shower, gas grill, fireplace, screened porch, and so on. Check out was simple, no long lists of cleaning requirements. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We will definitely look for this property on our next visit.

We LOVED this condo. It is a cozy space just right for two adults. The kitchen was great for making our own breakfast and lunches. The smart tv's were awesome. Instead of logging into my streaming accounts, I just cast my phone to the tv's and we were able to watch shows. The pool was great, of course. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of towels and paper products for our stay. We also loved that we could do laundry. That is really helpful when traveling. The bed is very comfortable too. I could go on forever about this property, but I won't. It's just great. Don't hesitate to book it for a couple. Vacasa was great too. It was helpful to have the option of texting them if we had any issues.

This home was very clean, the bed and couch were comfortable. The TV’s were big and the appliances were upgraded and clean as well. The distance to Sunset Beach and Bird Island is about a 10-20 minute drive. There are also indoor and outdoor pools onsite. The neighborhood residents were friendly, as well. I’d definitely stay again. Book the home!

Great neighborhood and location in the beach/tourist-y area (close but not too close), tons of great eateries nearby, the room itself was 20 feet from the community pools, felt safe, close parking was available every time we returned. Great deal for the price!
