This luxurious home features expansive vaulted ceilings and tasteful architecture that combines style and comfort. As you ascend the exterior stairs and enter the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room. The living area is warm and inviting, with a stone-faced fireplace and an up-to-date entertainment center. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and provide views of the lake from the living area, which opens up to one of two private decks—perfect for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply soaking in the views.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, with sleek granite countertops, updated appliances, and a spacious island with counter seating. Whether you're preparing a family meal or entertaining guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stovetop, double oven, microwave, blender, Cuisinart, toaster, coffee maker, Vertu Nespresso machine (bring your own pods), and much more. The beautiful dining area seats 10, making it ideal for large family meals or dinner parties.

With four bedrooms, Salisbury Serenity comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The master suite, located on the upper level, has a king bed, private full bath, and a luxurious Jacuzzi-style bathtub. Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level, featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and three sets of twin bunk beds (with a fun foosball table in the bunk room). Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and cable, and the home offers free Wi-Fi throughout.

Outdoor living is just as impressive with two decks—both furnished with dining tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The front deck also includes two chaise lounges for ultimate relaxation, while the back deck features a Weber gas BBQ for easy outdoor cooking.
This 2,300-square-foot home also includes a two-car garage for added convenience and a smoke- and pet-free environment to ensure a fresh, clean space.

PLEASE NOTE: Exterior Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with 2 outdoor cameras. 1 is outside the front door and 1 is outside the door from the garage. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. This home may be equipped with electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be on December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th or 25th

    We enjoyed the Kingswood home and found there to be plenty of room for everyone. The family room and couch setup were ideal! Only drawback was the size of the TV for 8 people to try and watch football or a movie. We found the host to be very responsive to our concerns and needs.

    We had the best time at this property! It was so cozy and beautiful—my family truly enjoyed themselves, especially with all the natural beauty surrounding the home. The location was also very convenient, close to Kings beach and nearby stores. If we return to Lake Tahoe, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

    We were 2 families with 8 total people including 4 children. The property is located in a great location, a short drive to Kings Beach , shopping, dining , golf , hiking and more. The house was very clean and well appointed! The open kitchen and living room was such an amazing spot to relax and hang. Kitchen is huge with everything you need to cook any meal. Master bedroom is large with an en suite and very comfortable beds and bedding. The downstairs rooms are also plenty large with a great room with 6 bunks for kids and game area. We had an amazing time and would come back again !

    Came here with my girlfriends for a bachelorette party and it was amazing! Plenty of beds, big kitchen with basic ingredients. Plenty of sitting and lounging areas in the common room. Restrooms were very clean and stocked with plenty of towels. Sitting on the decks was one of our favorite parts. You can watch the sunrise on the front deck. The community is quiet and there’s a walking trail one property over from the cabin. I would definitely stay here again.

    We had a fantastic stay at this property! Its proximity to the wilderness area was perfect for letting the kids enjoy the snow right outside. Being at the end of the cul-de-sac provided extra privacy and a safe space for everyone. Inside, the home’s layout is spacious, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. We’d love to come back again!

    This was an amazing stay overall. Pros: House is well maintained. Kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need. Safeway is a stone's throw away, so if you bring groceries, you don't need to eat out at all. Appliances are bit dated but work perfectly fine. Plenty of dishes for a large group. Bedrooms are large and airy. The living dining area is spectacular. Washing machine and dryer are provided and work great The red folder has detailed instructions for ANYTHING you may need during the stay and makes everything so easy! Cons(barely qualify as cons , but noting it) beds are starting to show age, still usable and not uncomfortable but are getting there. Central Air isn't very powerful, expected given the size of the house. But there are plenty of fans that can be used for heating/cooling and make your stay super comfy. Overall, one of my best stays ever! Home away from home. We'd love to come back here again.
