Stunning lakefront home with kayaks, dock, fireplace, game room, & washer/dryer

This beautiful house was spacious, comfortable, and very digital friendly! Our family of twelve (7 adults and 5 children ages 10-17) had so much fun, both at the house/dock/lake and out and about the area. River tubing was so much fun for all ages, and very affordable! Grocery shopping was easy, and only 8 miles away.

Awesome location! House was well stocked with everything that you may need! Would definitely consider a rebooking for this house again.

Great Lake house. Great location. Close to hiking, waterfalls, restaurants, groceries, coffee shops.

This was my family’s third time at this spectacular home nestled by the lake. The house is always very clean & has absolutely everything you can imagine & would need already stocked. We enjoy eating dinner on the patio and watching the sunset on the dock. We always feel like we’re at home. We are a large family and it’s a relief to be able to stay in a place that accommodates all our needs. We can’t wait to return next year!

The house was very well located for our activities. It was very close to the house we stayed in each year for a week while our girls were young. Now they’re grown with kids of their own and like to recreate our activities including climbing to the top of Brasstown Bald, renting a pontoon boat on the lake, tubing in Helen… the house was large, clean and had a game room that the kids enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. There were a few areas that caused a four and not five star rating. The slider leading out to the back deck and stairs to the yard and lake was not working properly. It took great effort every time we went outside which as you can imagine was a lot. Apparently Vacasa was aware of this as they sent someone out to look at it - had not heard of it from us- but the person just made some observations and nothing was done to correct it. The kitchen faucet should come with very explicit instructions. We had an educated group including three engineers and it took a lot of trial and error to get it to work when needed. Ceiling fans would be nice in all bedrooms. We tried using the tub in the primary bedroom bathroom - more explicit instructions would have been appreciated. The manager was very nice and accommodating and assisted us with that issue.

We had the best week staying at the Rose's Lake house. The property was spacious and clean. The neighbors were extremely friendly and even helped us out with information during our stay. We stayed here with our entire family, it was more than big enough for all of us! The dock was clean and I'm great shape. Highly recommend this property!

First, the view! What we liked about this property is that , there is nothing missing for everyone to have a good time and/or R&R. Rooms are more than comfortable, from the size to the comfy beds. Massive TV on the family room with plenty of streaming platforms. Did I mentioned the view?!!!! Terrace is big enough to host all occupants comfortably and the BBQ is proportionately as well. Kitchen is well stocked, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Raining? No problem, the attic has been converted to a big game room where all the young ones (and not so young too) can be entertained while the adults rest below. Did I mentioned the view?!!!! Lake dock also offers direct access and caries amenities to enjoy. Looks like the house was recently renovated; new furniture, everything is freshly painted, nothing squeaks, everything works AND cleaness is top notch. Looking forward to staying at the Roses again...and again...and again.

The house is like-new, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for your visit, including a huge game room! It has all the modern amenities; everything is high-end and top-notch. There is tons and tons of space, tremendous views, and the best swimming pool on the planet (the lake!). In addition, it's exceptionally well nestled on the lake with a beautifully covered dock for your boat, or sit to soak in the quiet and enjoy the breeze. We particularly enjoyed the walk down the awe-inspiring grassy knoll to the lake or just sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds. The neighborhood is also perfect for long walks or great bike rides. This place is a dream!
