Stunning Home with Private Pool in North Beach Resort & Villas - 300 Yards to Pools/Beach

The only problem the shuttle was not very good half of the time. Friday was good. Saturday was not. Waiting and watching people give up and start walking. 1/2 of our party walked too because the shuttle never came. It would have been nice to have more toliet paper. 4 rolls for 8 eight people for 5 days is a little short.This was my fault. .( I missed the note to bring more)

Shops are very close. It would have been nice if more than just a sample of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps would have been provided as this takes more space to pack to bring. It would be nice if the pool had been heated without wanting to charge extra for it, since it’s cooler in October.

Home feels dark mostly because of the dark blinds and dark flooring downstairs. Furniture needs to be moved and floors cleaned. Screen door needs replacing so you can see out the skiding glass doors. Carpets in master have several large stains. Rug in master bathroom needs to be removed or replaced. Super dirty. Mattress in master needs to be replaced.Home needs some TLC. It could be a beauty!

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to have our own pool and it was a nice size for our crew. We werent too far from the beach. It made for a nice walk. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!

The house was amazing. We had fun everyday enjoying our own private pool. The house is conveniently located as a short walking distance to the beautiful resort, beach, food, and Barefoot Landing. Our family really enjoyed our stay

A group of six girls from Wisconsin looking to celebrate a bachelorette trip! The VRBO was absolutely perfect for us! We loved the location to the nearest resort. The neighborhood was absolutely adorable and made six women feel very very safe. The place itself had a fenced in pool in the back which was great for privacy on our days in.The house is beautiful as well. Plenty of room, decorated nicely. If something was not right, they have a maintenance team on standby ready to help you. The only thing was the place did not provide a lot of amenities such as paper towels/toilet paper so make a trip to a store to stock up if needed. A few bathrooms had streaky mirrors when we arrived as well so some things were missed in cleaning, but again not a huge deal!

My family stayed at this home for 1 week the first week of June. All 8 of us have nothing but great things to say about the place. When we first got there the tv in the living room was broken. A quick text and maintenance was on it and before we knew it there was a brand new tv. Looking at other reviews let me shine some light on everything. The pool is not heated, so for being the first week of June it was a little cold but nothing to prevent us from swimming. Cleaners came twice while we were there to clean the pool and it was spotless when they left. Maintenance is on point texting or calling I never had an issue. Were there bugs, yes but it is also the south and there are bugs around water sources so we knew what to expect at night when bugs came out by the pool. There were never any bugs inside the home. You have to either walk or take the shuttle to the resort pools or beach access (we just walked). It is a short enough walk to where we could lug our twin 3 years olds down to the pool or beach in strollers. We have stayed at the resort before so nothing has really changed. The home inside was very clean. I would stay here again.

Great location to the pools and beach. Comfortable beds and beautiful master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is in need of oven mits, and the grill was dirty and in need of greasgrease pan havtrapchanged.

Overall, this wasn't what I expected. It wasn't clean, there was limited supplies. The pool was never cleaned while we were there. I feel bad for the owner who obviously is getting scammed by his or her cleaning company. I think we took better care of the place when we were there than anyone did before hand.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Since it was February, we did not use any facilities or pool or beach close by. Close to restaurants, shops, and major roadways.Check in and out was fine, but pay attention to the details as you have to pick up and drop off keys and packet offsite during specific hours.

Info on towers pool/beach availabllity/gates closing at .7p/garbage collection…television programming (hard to get local info of hurricane) Packet needs to include more information 3 as a former beach house owner…we had notes in house on various operations along with suggestions to visit in area
