Stunning Home, Private Pool, 3 KING Suites, Lrg Bunkroom, 1 Block to Beach

The home was beautiful! We had everything available that we needed while staying. Pool was clean. We enjoyed both balcony's as they each had a wonderful view of the ocean. The only drawback was no access to the elevator! The kitchen is on the 3rd floor and would have been wonderful to have access to bring in groceries.

Awesome location and beautiful home. We had the best time! So easy to walk to the beach and we loved the quick drive to Pier Park in one direction and beautiful Rosemary Beach and 30A in the other direction. The only thing to be aware of…it’s 3 stories with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first two levels and kitchen and living on the top level which makes for a beautiful view. It wasn’t an issue at all for us with teens and young adult children, but with young children or anyone who struggles to navigate stairs, it might be a deal breaker. Overall highly recommend!

Wish it would be upfront about kitchen/living room being on the top floor. This was lot to take groceries up and watch the 11month around the steps that was crawling. So clean and everything worked. No umbrella by the pool either making the hot days and no shade difficult for some, no fridge on bottom level for drinks either.

Blue Swell Maintenance response during working hours is phenomenal. Quick response and person on site to repair items quickly. The workers were kind. It’s a spacious large rental that’s great for a large family. Lots of bathrooms, common spaces and balconies created space for community yet gave people space when needed. The bunk beds being queen size were clutch. Plenty of towels and decently stocked kitchen. Some downsides- Building is for sale and the lack of attention shows. Front landscaping was tattered, inside wasn’t cleaned well, a number of items were broken or stained throughout. No umbrellas at the pool, pool area not cleaned (actual pool was clean!). for future renters: -definitely rent a golf cart or at least rent chairs on the beach. We rented a golf cart and it was a game changer as the “one block to beach” is a very long block. -Do a close inspection of the place upon arrival and let Blue Swell know asap any issues. We waited to notify them and it unnecessarily impacted our trip when things were broken, not clean, rugs filled with sand, shower curtain liners molded (but showers very clean!), propane tank nearly empty, etc. — They had high quality kitchen pans,utensils, etc but a number of things people hadn’t taken good care of so they didn’t work properly -Trash days are tues/friday

We had a great experience with our stay! The house was clean and nice, the host was kind and responded quickly to questions. Our kids loved the pool and it was a nice short walk to the beach! Our family loves Panama City Beach!

We had an amazing time with our children, their spouses and grands!!! The home was spectacular!!!

The property was perfect for our needs with enough space and bathrooms for each family, as well the perfect space for gathering and spending time together. It was clean and gorgeous!

Easy to check in and communication with management was good. Lots of steps that we weren't prepared for with aging parents. Beautiful view from balcony and only a short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. The only negative was that the pool was very cold and needed to be cleaned.

The rooms are so spacious, absolutely amazing to have a bathroom for every room and different levels so space not to hear the kids or them not to use us when they sleep in! It was absolutely beautiful, whoever designed this nailed it! The kitchen was so homey and there was so much room for all of us. The multiple decks allowed everyone space to have their own privacy! The pool was perfect for the days when the flags wouldn’t allow the kids to swim at the beach or they wanted a break from the sand. It is a quick 1 block walk to the beach and the perfect place to rinse off and not being all the sand inside before you walk in the front door. Don’t hesitate, it really is as pretty as it looks in the pictures! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of room to unpack and make ourselves at home. If ever in this area again we would definitely stay here. 10 out of 10!!! Also a great location to anywhere you want to go for food, snacks or grocery stores!

The place was spacious, beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. The home was very clean and either recently remodeled or new. The kitchen was stocked with nice utensils, pots/pans, and dishes. Easy walk to the beach, very close. Access to pool was through one of the bedrooms, so be sure to put someone in that room that doesn’t require a lot of privacy and has plenty of patience for the heavy traffic through to the pool. Our grandkids loved the home and spending time in the bunk room. Kitchen is on the third floor, so all hands on deck with grocery haul. Property management team is easy to reach and responsive. I would definitely stay with them in the future

House was beautiful with plenty of room to host a large group with easy access to beach. Only thing I would suggest is clarifying the description to note living room and kitchen is located on the top floor for others that may be elderly/handicap.
