    Check in process was quick and simple. We were able to use the drop box for after hours check out. The home is very beautiful and the perfect location. My only complaint is that the water in the kitchen did not get very hot. I normally would have done dishes by hand, but the water would not hot enough. The rest of the house was fine, but the kitchen was Luke warm. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and house is very nice. Nothing to complaine, exactly as advertised, pristine condition, well maintained. What annoys a bit is that the neighbouring empty spot (1270) is used for loading and unloading construction material between land and sea. So you have heavy noise of moving stuff around by lorries, floating cranes etc from time to time. Some days it is just an hour, some days morning to afternoon with pauses here and there. This devalues the property a bit imho.

The pool area was wonderful! My husband also enjoyed fishing off the dock. We really appreciated the provided beach equipment as well. This was the best rental agency experience we have ever had. They were helpful and responsive through the whole process, even on the weekend. I highly recommend this property as well as Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc.

    This is an immaculate 3 bedroom less than a mile from the beach and great restaurants. Seems to have been remodeled recently, with furnishings and appliances looking like new. Well-stocked kitchen. The property manager - Marco Island Vacation Properties - was great, responding very quickly to a couple of minor issues that we had with the bikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient for kayaking, we could ride our bikes to the beach, in fact most places in town. Happy hour became known as dolphin hour as we watched dolphins from the pier everyday! We will stay here again.
