Stayed Jun 7, 2019Having to travel 30 kilometres past the rented property, find a shop in the middle of an unknown town to pick up a bag containing 1 set of sheets and 3 towels for 10 days holiday. Was not a good start. The property was clean and tidy. The pool area was good except for the camp beds which were very hard with no mattresses available. Property lacked some basic items such as tea towels. The oven was so high that you had to stand on a chair to reach. Not very safe. Considering the price paid we expected more. We have used home away on many occasions and until this experience have been very pleased with everything offeyed. Having to pick up our own bedding set the holiday off to a poor start.
