The family-friendly villa Es Cipres will delight you with its pretty, secluded location on a 9,000 m² plot and lush vegetation depending on the season. A variety of plants, extensive gravelled and terraced areas and inviting niches to linger in give this property its individual charm. The sense of space here is impressive and can be experienced directly. The roof over the house gives you the opportunity to relax in the sun or in the breezy shade in a variety of wonderful places, depending on your preferences. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax and linger, as do the tasteful seating areas where you can dine together. Here you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the deep blue morning sky over breakfast or round off another fulfilling day's holiday in a cosy atmosphere in the evening. The pool at right angles to the villa is secured with a fence for children. The pool is tiled with pretty mosaic stones and varies in depth between 1 metre and 1.90 metres. There are six comfortable sun loungers for sun worshippers and two parasols to protect you from the bright UV rays. Another wonderful outdoor seating area is located on the upper floor, where a spacious balcony offers an idyllic view. Various children's play equipment makes spending time outdoors even more attractive for our younger guests.



The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished. Light-coloured walls, ceilings and floors are combined with lots of wood and attractive lighting. Tasteful accessories have been used in the right proportions so that the natural sense of space retains its clear lines and elegance. Various arches create an essential harmony in the property. The centrepiece of the house is the open-plan combined living/dining room, which is accessed via a wide hallway and contains both a huge dining area and a brightly designed corner sofa with satellite TV. On cooler evenings, you can relax here by the cosy glow of the fireplace and the warmth of a fire. Another dining area is located in the spacious and stylish kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers guests a fridge, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, Melitta coffee machine, kettle and plenty of storage space. A fireplace has also been installed here to provide additional cosiness. Beautifully designed bedrooms with a personalised touch invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Pleasant colours combined with elegant furniture create a cosy atmosphere. The spacious bathrooms are tastefully designed and equipped with high-quality fittings. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't need to bring them with you.



The small, rather sleepy village of Porreres is surrounded by fields, vineyards and apricot orchards. If you drive to Porreres on a Tuesday morning, you will soon realise that half the village is on the way to the weekly market. In addition to fruit and vegetables, you can also buy household items, clothes and shoes there. The diverse market stalls stretch from the main square to the narrow alleyways. The beaches on the east and south coasts are easily accessible by car and make for a relaxing day at the beach. The cosy Villa Es Cipres is located on a spacious estate in a secluded rural setting near Porreres. It is situated on a flat, child-friendly plot. Porreres is located just below the main road between Llucmajor and Felanitx. You can spend a lovely day by the sea in the small harbour town of Colonia de Sant Jordi, for example.
