On both sides of the apartment are terrace areas where you can enjoy the sun all day. Øer Maritime holiday village is located just south of Ebeltoft. Experiences in the old, charmingtown with its small, fine stores and restaurants are therefore only a stone's throw away.

The vacation park offers you many recreational facilities, including a sports hall, an indoor swimming pool and playgrounds, soccer fields and paddle courts.
