Stunning Historic Home Two Blocks from Beach, Town & Central Park

We really appreciated the clean house with dishes, bed linens, towels, furnishings that were fresh and make this home feel peaceful and comforting. The location is perfect for strolling to the beach, shops, nature trails and restaurants. No golf cart needed. The quiet lovely neighborhood is the perfect setting. We loved our time here and will be back.

This home is beautifully historic yet well appointed, comfortable and convenient to everything in Cape Charles! Kitchen is well stocked, appliances worked well, AC and wifi were also reliable! We spent many hours on the front porch, comfortable in the living room watching a movie or sitting around the big table in the dining room as a family …and each of us slept like babies in all the beds! They have thought of almost everything you’d need, especially if you have kids with you. Our 3 year old loved the books, toys and kids room! You’re just blocks from the beach, the downtown and can hear the concerts from Central Park. Maria was responsive and helpful answering questions and we had zero issues while we were there. We will be back!

Great place for 2 families. As others mentioned its stocked and has everything needed to enjoy beach. Plenty of good quality chairs and great amount of sand toys for kids.One suggestion would be to make one of the king size rooms into another kids room with double beds or even bunks.

What a wonderful home. So clean, comfortable and has all the extras. Close proximity to beach and town. The check in was easy and Maria communicated and responded to questions immediately. Hope to return.

Two near-retirement couples enjoyed a weekend of outdoor activities (biking, walking) in charming Cape Charles. The house has a broad front porch with abundant seating for relaxed conversation. The well-equipped kitchen did not see much use other than chilling beverages and brewing coffee, but seemed to have all the essentials. Upstairs bedrooms (4) provided plenty of space and comfy beds. Clean and calmly decorated for a peaceful stay. Thank you to the hosts for making check-in easy. We recommend this home!

My daughter, granddaughter, and I take an annual spring weekend trip to Cape Charles, and it never disappoints! The town is a delight, with great shops, restaurants, and watering holes, as well as the beach. The house was charming, very clean, and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house and the location....would definitely stay again

We loved our first stay in Cape Charles! We were visiting during spring break, which we found out is right before the town's opening season, but we still found enough to see and do! Hoping to come back again and visit during a warmer week to enjoy the beach/water for a longer period of time. The house was well equip for adults and kids. Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of fun puzzles and games for all ages. Easy check-in/out process and quick communication with owners if/when needed. Ideal location just a few blocks from the beach, main street, and park. With this being our first trip to Cape Charles, we were pleased with all aspects of our trip and will definitely rent this house again if available! Thanks again!
