Everything about this rental was top notch. Location and views are unmatched. Jerry was very accommodating and provided all we needed and more. I couldn’t recommend this property more.

The house is spectacular, with some minor aging issues, as well as some safety issues, related to possible falls. But these are minor as I said. The location is impossibly nice. The house is perfectly clean. We were generally awed by this place. You’ll be lucky to stay here!

We never used the hot tub, but the rooms were all spotless, and the kitchen, bedrooms, and baths were all clean and well stocked with everything any of us might have forgotten. The only issue we had (apart from having to learn to navigate the steep and curving driveway) was one thermostat that wasn't functional. It was not a problem that needed attention while we were there, but the owner was ready to send a technician on a moment's notice to fix it. All things considered, this was a great property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Views are indeed as shown, very comfortable home and incredible scenery. House had most of the little stuff you would need so if you grab some staples you should be covered. Artwork throughout the home was a nice touch. It’s about 5 minutes into the neighborhood so not super walkable anywhere but you definitely could if you wanted. Location overall is in between all the hikes we wanted to do so was rarely more than 15-20 minutes from the ones south or west. Property manager was responsive and everything was easy.

Beautiful property situated fairly high up with a nice view over Sedona. Beautiful porch, hot tub. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and living area are beautiful and open, bigger than expected in photos. Well curated collection of real art that livens the place up, again more impressive in person, photos can’t do justice to the environment. I should note there was an issue with utilities perhaps related to a storm in the area and the host was exceptionally kind and communicative with immediate efforts to resolve. Responded immediately to every message. The property is fantastic and you should feel very confident in the host - a genuine and relatable person who holds very high standards. I’ve stayed at dozens of homes through A**B** & VRBO, this host ranks at the very top in how much he cares about the experience and pride in his home. If this home is in your wishlist for Sedona - book it.

This home is a true treasure. I’ve stayed in Sedona many times, but this place was the best. Location, design, comfort, conveniences. The views, hot tub and hiking were the highlights. Our boys loved exploring around the property and even got a panoramic view including Bell Rock a short walk up the hill!

Our family had a wonderful holiday get away at A Stay Above it All Palisades in Sedona. The home is literally above it all in the picturesque red rocks with fantastic views from every direction you look! We loved being encompassed by nature and watched a big buck on the hillside and even came across several javelina along the side of the road. We throughly enjoyed the warm weather and sunshine on the sprawling deck while eating meals and playing games during the day; which transformed into a stargazers delight in the evenings. The large (and very clean) hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after exploring all Sedona has to offer. The bedrooms were very spacious and offered walk in closets, bathrooms with large tubs and walk-in showers to suit everyone's needs. The kitchen is modern and so well stocked with essentials we were able to make our own indulgent meal of grilled steak and many delicious sides. The curation of art in this property provided an aesthetic collection that became the topic of many conversations. Our host was an absolute dream! So incredibly helpful with the best local dining choices and very responsive to any questions. Our family made great memories here for the holidays and we are so grateful for this special space to share time with our loved ones! We plan to come back again to this beautiful property, and can't wait for our next stay!

We stayed in this house with another couple and it was everything we anticipated and more. It actually had more room than we needed but we loved every aspect of the house and surrounding area. The house has the advantage of two master suites so that neither couple had to stay in a guest bedroom. The house itself has a great vibe and was very well equipped with appliances, dishes, and pantry items. The location is unbeatable with an easy drive to multiple trailheads and activities. Jerry was instantly responsive to any questions and requests that we had and was helpful with local knowledge of restaurants and attractions. Although the house in part of a neighborhood of homes, it has a lot of privacy and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and mesas. I would recommend this house to anyone considering a visit to this area.

Palisades Villa was amazing! The location can’t be beat, a few blocks from everything as far as shopping, dining and the arts, and you will never tire of the view from the deck and in various room of the house. It is very private and serene, and the house has everything you could need. We used it as our base to drive all around as this was our first trip to Sedona, but as much as we loved our travels, we looked forward to returning to the house for beautiful sunsets and a really restful night’s sleep! If we make it back to Sedona, we hope to stay there again! Take a short ride up to the Sedona airport and have a meal at the Mesa Grill! It is delicious and portions are huge! Also don’t miss the Tlaquepaque Village! It’s beautiful architecture will amaze you that it isn’t really old, and the shops and restaurants are so nice. The Secret Garden Cafe is perfect and the Chai Spot is also delicious!
