Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beautiful house comfortably fit all 8 of us. It was so easy to get to the beach in minutes and the great Seaside food selections. We barely needed our cars once we arrived. It made for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

We had a great family stay at Slo Mocean. House had everything we needed for 8 adults and 4 children. Be aware, though, that during Spring Break weeks lots of noise from teens walking and driving back and forth in front of house on 30A.

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of fridge space and a wonderful grill with smoker. We will be back!

I do think for the price of the rental the management company should provide enough towels, trash bags, etc for the size of the group staying at the home. We kept going to the store to purchase basic items for the home which shouldn't have been necessary. Management company also acted frustrated when we needed assistance with access to the home. Temporary codes provided did not work. Other than that, house was great!

My only complaint was that the owners took all the looks off bedroom doors and some bathroom doors. It’s nice to have some privacy. I did message property mger next morning but had to ask again 24 hrs later but was told the owners don’t want locks on the doors. If you don’t mind interior doors that don’t lock, you will love it here.

From the layout of the home, to the location to the beach and Town Square and of course the Florida sunshine. We highly recommend this property, very nice home with quick responses from Homeowners Collection during our stay. Only negative is when we went to book the same week next year it was already booked. Feel we should have the opportunity to book, 12 months out is reasonable, not 18.

It would be helpful if the large homes came with beach towels to use (not to keep/own) along with bath towels. 2/bedroom would be perfect. We travel by plane and end up having to buy beach towels and leave them. Also, please provide laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent for the full rental period,not just a few days worth. Thank-you!
