Stunning fourth row home in Palmetto Dunes with pool & spa- Beach path nearby

Great floor plan for family gathering! Great location! Jacuzzi was our 2nd home. But the 2 kitchen sink faucets malfunctioned. One must play “seek and find” to locate kitchen utensils and cookware because of disorganization. Upon arrival my bed had a soiled mattress cover. Unacceptable especially during supposedly strict cleaning procedures during Covid.

Had a great time visiting with our children and grandchildren. The pool was great after being out in the August heat.

One of the dishwashers was broken and they said they would contact us to install a new one. That didnt happen. Kitchen needs oven mitts. We needed pans and island getaway delivered them. Needs a much stronger router and boosters for wifi. Needs either a queen bed or king in the 4th bedroom with all the beds. Do that and we will definately come back!

Items for repair: Blind in bunk bed room needs repair Some lights bulbs need replaced Trash can on patio needs replaced Kitchen faucets have an annoying buzz when turned on Sharp knives in kitchen are no sharper than butter knives. All these are minor, but wanted you to know about them. The house itself: This is our third stay in 6 years at this house and we are coming back next year. It's a great location and layout for a beach vacation home. We cook in often and the kitchen is fantastic for our needs. It does not have fancy amenities, especially when compared to other beach properties, but what is there is functional and fine. My complaint about the house concerns the beds. The mattresses are only fair at best for comfort. Also all of the rooms have room for king beds, why wouldn't you put them in every room instead of the queen and the two double beds upstairs. Also the large bedroom is a bit warm at night. We had to bring a large fan to use there. Still a great vacation house and a great

The house was incredibly gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues that came up that the staff at Island Getaway Rentals were all over to try and correct as soon as possible. A special thanks to Hanna for her efforts.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was perfect for our family and the weather was great. We love that the location is near the beach and will definitely consider this house next year. Thank you.

Wonderful pool and outdoor space! We all really enjoyed relaxing and being so close to the beach. The home itself was very nice, although there were some issues with the cleanliness of one of the guest bathrooms (I believe it was probably an oversight by the cleaning service) as well as a couch which had some pretty large stains and such. Not to mention many of the dishes had been put away dirty with food and lipstick stains on the mugs (yuck). Overall though, we had a wonderful time.

I found that Island Getaway was very much on top of things this year. We almost always have problems with the pool, hot tub or grill. Everything worked and our calls were handled very promptly. Our rental was in great shape, shelves cleaned, orderly and well stocked kitchen utensils, etc.

We really appreciated staying at 2 Sea Lane. The home was incredibly spacious and the outdoor pool and hot tub were incredible. We had several maintenance issues but they were handled quickly. One note: the kitchen was well stocked with dishes but there were very little pans to cook with and the cooking utensils were in poor condition or nonexistent. Would recommend restocking some of these things so that the kitchen could be fully utilized. Overall, we were pleased and grateful for the visit and the management company. Thank you!
