We normally do hotels but this time decided to try vrbo …The location was good but the place needs serious updating .The carpet upstairs was rough and the walls need painting .What was more upsetting was the first night we couldn’t get the air conditioner to cool .They had it on a timer so was hard to keep cool .They finally changed that and the last two nights were pleasant .We went out Friday night to come home and the code was changed …Stood outside for 30 mins before we got someone on the phone ..We asked to checkout at 12 as the time they have is 10am ..Most hotels are at least 11 or 12.Was told it would cost us more money ..Very disappointing considering all the issues we had …They definitely didn’t try and accommodate us ..

House was as described. Very clean and beautiful. We will stay there next time we are in Tampa. It was t far from things to do, neighborhood was safe, we walked to Walmart for a few supplies. The house had everything we needed.

The townhome was the perfect size for me and my family. It was great being under one roof and yet we all had plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The large dining table was wonderful for our family dinners. Really appreciated the Rec room for entertainment. Would stay here again.
