Stayed Jul 12, 2025Comfortable stay with our kids and grandkids. Loved the morning view with my coffee. Close enough to enjoy the view without paying on the beach prices. Clean and well stocked for our cooking needs. Walk to the beach isn't far, but a bit steep. Still - doable. So much to do and see in the area. And what did the grandkids love most? Digging at the beach.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Great location with beautiful views of the ocean.But the house needs an upgrade. Issues experienced by all our guests during our stay are - downstairs bedroom is infested with bugs/spiders, lower bathroom is unclean with paint peeling off, all bed-mattresses are hard, squeaky and have caused back pain to most of the guests, bedroom upstairs has broken blinds and can't be used at all, leaky kitchen outlet, water overflowing- unusable, dinner plates and cookware had stale food on them, upstairs sofa is rundown with stains on it. I saw some of the complaints from previous guests similar but unfortunately they have not been taken care till date.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The property was light, open and airy with a beautiful view. The furniture throughout was comfortable though bed pillows were hard. The bathrooms had a couple of days worth of toiletries (Soap, shampoo..). A few extra towels in the bath would have been nice. The kitchen is beautiful with upgraded appliances and is well stocked - we found everything we needed in cabinets and drawers. That being said, dishes, cups and mugs were all mismatched in size and shape and many were chipped. The coffee maker was broken and we called to report it on day one, the company returned our call and said they would bring a new one the following afternoon, but we went out and bought a french press. The location is perfect for a quiet and peaceful get-a-way but a car is necessary. There is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant (Roseanna's Cafe) in town was very good though. The internet worked well but we had to stand at the router to connect.
