Stunning Brand New Lakefront Home on Lake Michigan w/ Hot Tub & 5 Bedrooms

It was the perfect house for our girl family weekend. Plenty of room for all of us!

The view was outstanding and the house immaculately wonderful with all the Vrbo items you would expect. An excellent place to stay with multiple adults. The lower level was well situated for sleeping and bathing with three separate sleeping areas/rooms.We found some nice restaurants from family friendly lunch spots, to a great menu bar and an upscale bistro with outstanding service and food.A waitress at the bar directed us to Nordhouse Dunes Wilderness Dunes State Park six miles in on a dirt road to a place where, in the middle of the day in mid-October, we could let the pup hunt during our walk through the wooded path to the Lake Michigan beach. There he had fun crashing into the water like it was a toy.We also enjoyed the Mason County Picnic area that featured not one, but three Frisbie Golf courses in a golf-course like gassy setting along the bottom of one side of the Hydro Reservoir. Again, no one there this time of year and we gave free reign to the pup. This place is about 1/2 mile from the house. The only down-side is that the house is situated on a immense Vertical Cliff going straight down at least a hundred yards, dangerously not fenced or extensively marked. We were very careful to keep the dogs away on the large lawn between the house and the ledge.

This place is awesome! The views are amazing and the house is very cozy. The hosts were fantastic. We will definitely book again when the guys are back in town.

The host made check in easy! Multi-generation family enjoyed a great weekend - plenty of space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our kids loved the basement with extra games. The view is stunning and we enjoyed sunsets over the bluff. Great location between Pentwater and Ludington!

Wonderful home in a breathtaking location. Perched up on the edge of Lake Michigan with stunning views. New home with great appointments. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful hot tub. Only 10 min from Ludington. Can’t wait to come back next year.

You can’t beat the views from this location. We celebrated our family Christmas here. The basement space was great for the kids and the upstairs was well appointed.

This home was so nice and very clean. The view outside was beautiful. The sunsets were amazing. The yard was set up to sit up on the bluff to over look the lake. There was a fire pit with chairs to enjoy, plus a hot tub. So many things to enjoy. So nice and quiet. We can’t wait to stay again. Thanks so much , The Benge /Winters family

The weather was excellent and the location ideal. The house was very clean and the area was very quiet. Saw incredible sunsets and lots of wildlife. Close enough to Ludington and Pentwater to enjoy both.

New, beautifully decorated, and great for our family get together. We enjoyed our stay!

We were blown away by the house especially the kitchen since I love to cook and had gourmet meals planned every night. Will definitely stay again in the future if it is available. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful. The home is very kid friendly and such a beautiful setting. One suggestion…..perhaps put together a binder that contains house info: wifi, hot tub instructions, local attractions and restaurants, check out procedures. No complaints whatsoever!! Loved our week at the Ludington Lakehouse!!

This home is as advertised! So so nice! Well appointed! We were very impressed! Host and property manager were very responsive. The area is great for someone looking to get away from it all but still be within a 15 min drive of downtown Ludington. There is a great quiet beach access a mile down the road. Don’t miss checking out the reservoir and the overlook right down the street as well. The only concern we had that was nothing the host could control is the flies…just bring deet spray and long sleeves/pants with you if you want to hang out near the bluff and it’s fine!
