The apartment was lovely and clean. Our holiday was spoiled by the location of the property which whilst having a lovely outlook over Looe beach and the pier was too far out for us to easily access what Looe had to offer. We needed to either walk down hilly roads, many without footpaths, or drive to the main car park outside Looe and have a long walk through Looe to reach the area that we could look out on from the apartment. This was very difficult for my wife and I who are OAP’s and had we known these problems from the property description, we would not have booked the apartment. Thank goodness we had a car - it was essential if we were to be able to get into Looe. The necessity of a car should be mentioned in the property description. We feel that the price we paid should have reflected a top class apartment in a top location. The disappointing location leads us to conclude that the property was over priced. It was also disappointing that there was no provision for recycling. The guest information folder explained why this was the case but The Rock property next door had overcome this by providing outside shelving where recyclable materials could be left. We brought a large bag full of recycling back home rather than it going to landfill.

I think the photographs online do not reflect the magnificent views. The main living space and master bedroom has a panoramic view of the Looe estuary, the dramatic coastline and the sea! Stunning and beautiful! The property is clean, modern, tasteful and fully equipped! Impressed with the kitchen equipment all sharp knives and there was a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge, for us to enjoy! A short walk to Looe from the property! We loved it and highly recommend this location for exploring Cornwall! There was a parking space in a garage which is a bit tight to manoeuvre into! Apart from that all fantastic!
