Stayed Jul 10, 2025I reserved this home since my family trip included 8 in total. Thinking it was a 6 bedroom home I thought it would be perfect for the whole family to have their own rooms. When we arrived 4 bedrooms were counted plus the little spare room outside the home, which no one wanted to sleep in it. Nothing was wrong with the outside room btw but since our kids are teenagers they wanted to be inside with everyone during the night. The house was clean, but I had issues with the “movie theater” furniture. The furniture felt extremely used in which wood boards were used underneath the cushions you wouldn’t go all deep into it. The kitchen didn’t have enough pots and pans to cook with and there were no spoons. We had to go purchase some at the nearest store. Overall the family had fun and liked the house. If those minor details are changed we would probably reserve it once again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024We had a great time staying in Rowlett. The home was furnished well and the pool was great also. Asher was easy to work with and followed up to make we had an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024I wish VRBO allowed me to share pictures in my review. The pictures of this house are misleading. The home has seen a lot of use and abuse that aren’t depicted but will definitely impact the quality of your stay. There is a serious infestation of mosquitos in the garage. There were thousands that were trapped in cobwebs or flying around (and inevitably end up in the house if you’re trying to get in from the garage. There was also at least one active wasp’s nest in a broken exterior carriage light. The wasps then swarm around the pool and bother you. The theater room had a broken couch that just had a piece of plywood laid under the cushion to keep it from collapsing. The house had dirty floors, cobwebs/mosquitos on the ceiling, door handles were falling off, chairs had mismatched legs or were just falling apart. 3 of the 4 pool lounge chairs were broken. Management was another big problem. I initially couldn’t get the code to the house the first day. They didn’t know how to work the pool. They didn’t know the code to get into the pool house room. The house had NO pool towels. Only enough bath towels for each bed, so be prepared to bring your own and buy some while you’re there. They were responsive to messages but weren’t very helpful in resolving any problems. I think at one point this used to be a nice house, but it’s just been so poorly managed for so long that it no longer represents what the photos and previous reviews would have you believe.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024We traveled to the Metroplex for Spring Break. The home was very clean and well kept. The property is very nice. Check-in was easy and there was a lot of communication with property management. We had a small group, but this location would also be good for a larger family as well. If you plan on doing things on the North and East side of the Metroplex this is a great place to stay.

Stayed Jun 18, 2023Our house was being renovated when we found this to rent one it was amazing. House, Pool everything very clean and Host was very attentive to everything. We enjoyed the set up by the pool and had our grandkids over to cook out and enjoy the pool and play games. Our Dog loved the yard. Very nice and enjoyable.

Stayed May 27, 2023Everything 5 star except the dozens of wasps and spiders/ webs all through the back yard and pool area. That being said this was a wonderful getaway and the property managers were awesome
