Stayed Feb 8, 2025Had to ask for pool cleaning as pool was green on arrival and got worse as each day passed. Bottom of pool had algea made it evident that pool is not maintained well or often enough. Without the use of the dryer for 2 days as it was not working when we arrived. It's obvious the rental is not cleaned and checked before new renters come jn.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024upon arrival bread slices and chicken bones were strew down the driveway and across the front walk. A dog had pee marked the walls in the kitchen, half bath downstairs, bedroom, and upstairs. The entire living room couch downstairs reeked of pee. Stains all over the stairs and carpet upstairs. The pool was filthy. Outside cover of the grill was filthy. Living room lampshade is broken. The door screen panel on the pool lanai is pushed through. The coffee pot had used grounds and a filter still in it. The electric tea kettle had settlement crust in the bottom. The doors to the AC/ HVAC system in the downstairs half bath were thick with dust. Vacuum canister was full. Upstairs tvs were missing remotes and unusable. Hair strands on the stairs, in upstairs beds and sheets had stains. My family washed the sheets. Dining room table legs are loose/wiggly. Dinning room chairs are stained. Plastic juice glasses were cracked on the bottom and leaked. The maintenance man dig come and took car of some of the things.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Plenty of beds and baths. Worst was the garbage pail of dirty diapers soup outside left the while time despite reporting it day 1. Towels waiting on bed were damp, loads of stains on furniture and carpets, all games missing parts, A few necessities missing or not working like ice machine(yes we put a work order in, no they didnt show) no wine opener, can opener crap, a pan that was so gross it would surely put someone in the hospital, washclothes must be requested (?!) and it took over 4 hrs to get the location of the public big pool

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Pool and hottub were unusable for the first three days of a 5 night stay. Refrigerator was off when we arrived, it took several hours to get cold and ice maker never worked. The manual can opener was broken, we had to open our cans with a knife. Glasses leaked - unusable, we purchased plastic cups for the stay and used coffee cups. Some bathrooms had no toilet paper, none had more than what was on the roll. Thin towels and not enough. Kitchen sponge disintegrated before the week was out. Pet stains on carpet. Pool table, board games broken or missing pieces-unusable as intended. Garbage stored in permanent container at front door - very bad odor when using front door. Bad odor coming from the 1st floor ensuite bathroom. Two king beds (not ensuite) had horrible mattresses. Good things- clubhouse pool and lazy river; neighborhood; Keurig; daily garbage pickup; access using codes for gates; communication prior to arrival.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024The house was fine and accommodated us all. the problem was the pool. Ipaid to have the pool and hot tub heated every day. the hot tub was never hot just warm. I called and someone came 2 days later and did something but never resolved the problem. I called again cause the pool filter also never worked and after sever days the hot tub smelled when the jets were on and the pool was turning green. Another person came but said he would have to send out who could clean the pool. They never showed up. The main reason we came was to enjoy the pool and hot. I am sure if anyone came after us they would not be very happy. I would appreciate getting my money back for pool heat. The people I contacted said they had a team that would decide but have never heard from them since I have been home.
