Stayed Jul 5, 2025I didnt stay at this home. Because it wasnt inviting and the neighborhood was not welcoming. The house needs more updating and its next to an abandoned home.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024This rental is as pictured. It is massive which allowed us, a large group of mid-30s friends in town for a friend’s wedding, to spend time together for a long weekend. It’s also a very affordable option compared to other rentals we looked at. It’s not the most luxurious and the fixtures, linens, etc. were not as high quality as some other rentals I have stayed in, but that was to be expected for the very reasonable price and it got the job done. We are grateful to have found this stay.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Host was amazing! Answered all questions promptly and was so helpful. The house was what we needed for our trip and we all were able to have our own space. The 3rd floor was a teenagers dream and my kids really enjoyed having their own hangout space.

Stayed May 18, 2023Had a family group staying for commencement celebrations at Case Western Reserve. Location was very convenient to the university. Dining area was great for seating for everyone. Agree with previous review--bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer!

Stayed May 25, 2023My brother’s and I made a quick visit to see family in Cleveland. The house was clean and spacious for our group of 10. Perfect for entertaining. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate our group.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022A group of 50- and 60-year-old friends gathered here for a college reunion. The place worked well for that purpose. Clean and roomy. The host was responsive to our needs for some additional kitchen items. Seems to be a quiet, gentrifying neighborhood that is convenient to the amenities we were seeking.
