We had a wonderful 6 night stay for our family of four. Our unit was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the layout of the unit, it was very spacious, and it was nice that there was 3 bathrooms so everyone had their own. We also appreciated that the unit had a/c. It was beautiful looking out the windows at the lush vegetation. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just taking in the amazing views. The location was easily accessible to the highway and shopping, but was quiet and peaceful also. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place, awesome location. Princeville is a beautiful place. Everything was as advertised including ample beach gear. This is our second time staying in this unit, will likely have a third.

Great stay and location

We had a great time in this spacious condo. Family of 4 adults. This condo is in beautiful Princeville. It's adjacent to a golf course. Very quiet community. Views of the mountains and Bali Hi. Air conditioning for us is a must have and did not disappoint. King bed in the downstairs primary room was soft but maybe a bit too soft for our taste. Garage was well stocked with bikes, chairs, boogie boards, etc. There is some snorkeling gear but I'd advise renting. Coffee drinkers some advice: The Keurig machine takes both pods and grounds. It's a 2-in-1 so you can brew individual cups or make a pot. Do yourself a favor and stop at Costco, Walmart, etc on the way in and buy grounds and water. (The tap water isn't bad but filtered would be better. There's no bean grinder). Also, bring a reusable K Cup filter. This is what we do at home so we were happy. Really an enjoyable stay. Finally, I'd like to compliment the host/management team. They were very quick to reply to any concerns or questions. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful condo. Lots of room and comfort for the family to spread out. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay .

I want to acknowledge the property management company was very responsive and worked with us a bit. We had planned a special family vacation and we were overall disappointed with this condo unit. This property is tired, it was musty in several spaces especially the closets so we lived out of our suitcases. For the most part, the condo was surface clean but we did experience bugs in the master bathroom. The front bedroom is hot and the AC splits did not reach it to cool it down. It is sparsely supplied, 5 beach towels, just enough plates glasses etc. The laundry is loud and we needed to run it many nights because towels didn't dry. The pool was dated but there was a brand new grill. For the rate we had expected it to be more updated and better equipped as we had planned to cook several meals in. All in all the property is overpriced for what it is.

Condo was great! We enjoyed our vacation!
