Sliding glass doors open onto the upper deck and offer amazing views of the Swaner Nature Preserve and Park City Mountains.

Second Bedroom: Stylish 3rd floor room features a King bed with a Twin XL bunk above it. Room includes a small desk and wall mounted TV. Access to this bedroom comes from a spiral staircase.

Third Bedroom: Doubles as an office or playroom by day, and includes a comfortable couch that opens up to a Queen bed with a brand new mattress with gel cover at night. Full closet and bathroom are included in this room and shared with the second bedroom above. A 60 TV is also mounted on the wall in this highly functional room allowing for gaming or TV watching.

Loft Area: This is an open room that includes a brand new bunk bed featuring a lower Queen bed and a Twin XL bed above - both overlooking a cool-looking wallpaper mountain view.

Living/Dining Room: Cozy space with a large comfortable couch, remote-controlled gas fireplace, 60 OLED TV, and Sonos sound system for entertainment. Included is a beverage station for your convenience, perfect for entertaining.
Dining table is also new, and expandable to allow up to 10 people to sit comfortably at.
