Staying at this house was such a pleasure! The place was clean, spacious, luxurious! The pool allowed us to take advantage of any downtime we had! It was the perfect accommodations for us! We will definitely be back here soon!!

House was located in a beautiful location. Loved the neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Backyard was great. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to go. The owner Mark was amazing. We had a few questions and he was always available to assist. Large open floor plan was great with the family. AC worked great. Bedrooms were beautiful.

Clean, quiet, modern, spacious and light filled. Mark the host made us feel welcome and relaxed.

We stayed in late Jan 2018. Great place to stay. We enjoyed a wonderful family reunion there. Home itself is beautiful. Fully stocked. Towels, sheets, blankets, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and cooking supplies as well. Also, about a 15 minute walk to Downtown Summerlin and a little be further to Red Rock Casino. Owner was friendly, and present and responsive to questions and needs. Only negative for us would actually be positive for most. The backyard is amazing. Great entertainment space. Outside TV, sitting areas, lots of heaters, pool, hot tub, small grass area and play set. Unfortunately, it was just not safe for our kiddos. The picture shows a fence around the pool which was not there when we got there. Seemed like too big of a hassle to have it put up although I'm sure the owner would have come and put it up if we pressed him on it. Would definitely consider this home again in the future, but would just confirm about getting the fence up around the pool before coming.

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful home. Mark thought of little touches that made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The pool/spa was wonderful and we all had a great time. We will definitely be back to stay next time we are in town.

Beautiful home in Summerlin very close to Red Rock casino, shops, and not too far from the strip. Loved having our own pool & spa. Owner was very pleasant to deal with and we will not hesitate to book this home again! We highly recommend!
