    This place is like brand new. Unlike so many places I rented, this one is not in the basement. I really appreciate being able to look out the window. And when you do, you will see a lovely quiet neighborhood that is located very close to the Mount Baker rail station.

    The unit was extremely clean, stocked up on all things perfectly. Location of the unit is amazing if you are flying into Seattle, short 5 minute walk to the rail line which takes you straight into downtown or wherever you need to go.

    Andy was an amazing host. The property was exactly like described. We had a small hiccup at check in but Andy was easy to contact and fixed our issue as fast as he could. Definitely will be staying here when we visit again. Highly recommend Andy and his property.

    Well-appointed, sparking clean, everything looked brand new. I really appreciated the security light that came on when I came home late one night. Nice, quiet neighborhood but close to the light rail, too. Andy was a great host. I hope to stay here again any time I come to Seattle.

    My husband and I stayed here for SeaFair 2025 weekend and it was perfect! Close to Mount Baker station. It was on a quiet street. Everything was very clean and comfortable! Small kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and had all full-size appliances! We are already planning a trip back, hopefully in the fall/winter!
