This is a house that smells good family holidays by the sea. Formerly owned by a long-distance captain, it presents the typical architecture of large Breton granite houses. It has kept its charm and charm, with its beautiful antique furniture, its woodwork and its many windows.
Although remarkably well preserved, it has been completely renovated with modern comforts. It is therefore a very pleasant house, which is exceptionally located in the heart of the city, in an adorable and peaceful alley. It is two minutes from the market square and all the shops. The house is semi-detached with two smaller houses of the same style.
The garden at the back of the house, with its teak terrace, is a place of relaxation for young and old. The house is perfect for intergenerational holidays.

Our group (of 9) enjoyed the time we spent in this beautiful home in Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer. The home was on a quiet street a short walk from the center of town and the sea. The garden was lovely with many beautiful flowers and the house was very comfortable.

Myself and the extended family had a wonderful week's stay in this lovely house in the idyllic St Briac. Laurence, the property manager, greeted us on arrival and talked us through all we needed to know about the house. She was very easy to contact and helpful whenever we needed her. The location is perfect -Saint Briac is very picturesque and the house is minutes from the beach, where the sea swimming conditions are perfect! We spent a lot of time sitting (and eating) in the garden, which has lovely views of other gardens and rooftops. The house is very spacious. We reported to Laurence a few minor niggles with the house (things like a kitchen drawer knob that kept coming off) - I'm sure these will now be put right. We would highly recommend staying here.

We have visited Saint Briac a few times over the years and, like many, fell in love with the quaint town, expansive quiet beaches and nearby towns of Saint Lunaire and Saint Malo. This house caught our eye because it is rare to find something so lovely and newly renovated in this remote area. The house is indeed beautiful - and the pictures are a good representation of rooms/space - although some of the furniture is missing and it is not as staged upon arrival as it is in the pictures. It appears that the owner has moved-out and left the rooms more sparcely decorated. The bathrooms are particularly nice and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The garden is a treasure - but could use some trimming. It is just a short walk to town and grocery store. We enjoyed the cafe in the morning for coffee and explored the small museum and church. It is a charming little town and has everything you need for your visit. Laurence was wonderful and greeted us upon arrival with a goodie basket She made the booking process very easy and accommodating. We are a family of four so we didn't need all the bedrooms, but all were properly made with nice sheets, towels etc. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and a bit dark. The weather was great for the most part - with a couple cloudy days. The living room has limited seating, so if you can't use the outdoor garden, there is limited cozy space for everyone to sit and read on rainy days. The piano is a wonderful addition and well cared for. For a week, we were all immersed in an authentic French village, in a genuine French home with exceptional scenery all around us. Coming from the US, it was just what we hoped for.

We were a family group of mixed ages and tastes. (Ages15 to 82!) We found the house beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and there was family fun in the garden, where we set up a volley ball net. The excellent laundry facilities were appreciated. The locality was quiet but close to the centre of St Briac sur Mer. Car parking provided no problem. We would have liked a toilet on the kitchen/dining room floor. Everyone agreed: we loved our holiday in St Briac sur Mer.
