The bungalow style rancher house has been beautifully renovated in a coastal style and is a five minute walk to Siesta Key Village and a ten minute walk to the beach. Stayed Jul 1, 2025We were a party of four adults and we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, we walked to shops and restaurants. We did rent a golf cart to get to and from the beach and I would recommend it, especially if you are going during a busy time. The pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time in it. A hot tub was a requirement for a rental, so we were disappointed it didn't work at all during our stay. It was the week of July 4th and it was hard to get someone out to fix it. All of the appliances were nice and seemed new and the beds were comfortable. We met a few of the neighbors and they were very friendly.
