Stayed Jun 28, 2025My wife and I enjoyed our week with our four young adult children. The house is well kept but in need of a furnishing makeover. It was hard to gather as a family in any one room. The air conditioning is via a few window units, so some bedrooms are very warm if it’s hot outside. The house is situated 50 feet from busy Washington St, and traffic noise is constant. But the house is also situated on a large property that allows access to the water and some beautiful views via a short walk. The house has character.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025I would definitely book again. The property was beautiful a short walk to the beach. It was a short drive.to Rockport, Downtown Gloucester Ipswich definitely would recommend going to the castle on crane state beautiful grounds and afterwards Ipswich brewery the house was comfy, cozy and it had everything we needed. Definitely love to visit again looking forward to it. Thanks again, Mark.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The house was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Everything we needed and lots of space. We enjoyed our stay, although it was too short. A map indicating where to walk to the beach would have been helpful.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024This house is perfect for friends and family. Easy access to all attractions in Gloucester and Rockport, Massachusetts. It is comfortable and cozy.
