This was a wonderful getaway for us! Great location, minutes from downtown Sedona. Trails were right out the back door! Having a hot tub was perfect after hikes! Couldn't have asked for a better place!

Excellent host communication, comfortable spot to launch for exploring the beautiful desert. Literally walking from the unit to a great trail system, no need to interact with overflowing parking lots. Also convenient for driving to the Boynton trails and vortex area, to the shuttle stop for Seven Sacred Pools hike, and many excellent restaurants. Helpful guestbook provided. Would stay here again.

This guest home was perfect for the two of us! Owners have thought of everything to make a visit special. Very clear instructions throughout. We loved the access to the local trails without having to drive and park. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Highly recommend this property!

Not much privacy to use hot tub. Sheets on bed had black hair all over the place and ended up buying our own. Bathroom cabinet doors needs repair.

The perfect house in a perfect location. Wonderful hosts and the house is immaculately clean and well stocked. Will stay with them again next year! If you stay here, get in hot tub at night with the porch lights off and look up. Amazing.

Sedona Sweetness was an absolutely perfect rental!! Between the hosts, the location (literally a 3 minute walk to the Thunder Mt trail head), gorgeous views, hot tub to soak after a long day of hiking, to one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in!!! I would recommend this location to anyone!!

Such a cozy little spot. Great location, instructions were easy to follow. Plenty of dishes and appliances Very clean, bed was super comfy. Hot tub under the stars was the best part. Looking forward to coming back for our next Sedona trip.

The house was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed being close to the hiking trails and all our activities. The location was great. The hot tub was enjoyable in evenings.

This place is as complete as it could be. There is nothing we wanted or needed that wasn’t already there! What an amazing property, in an amazing location with amazing hosts. You could probably spend a day just hiking right down the road (walking distance to chimney rock). Close to tons of great restaurants. We will definately book again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this cozy cabin. Clean, well stocked with a good comfortable bed. Great quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect! But the best part was walking right from the house onto an amazing trail nearby. We just loved it. Perfect for us in every way. Not fancy. Not large. But affordable, clean and comfortable.

Well appointed and was stocked with coffee and cream for the 2 days we were there- very nice! Mostly clean, (had some left over trash in the kitchen trash) Nice outdoor space and hot tub was a treat. It is close to an easy hike! Overall a great stay. This next comment is more of an FYI, the bed was very soft, we called it the marshmallow :) Not an issue for us, but it was the softest mattress we have ever slept in - the jury is still out on the like/dislike verdict ;).

Loved the location and property. Check-in was easy and the owners were very communicative and were easy going when I had a mixup about the checkout time. We walked to the nearby trailhead hiked for two glorious hours. That night we enjoyed the covered jacuzzi while it rained. The bed could be more comfortable, but that's a preference thing.

We stayed here for our honeymoon 2 1/2 yrs ago and loved it. We decided to come back to the area and stay in the same spot since it was perfect the first time. Bonus for us, a hot tub was added! I will always recommend Sedona Sweetness #1 to anyone going to the area!

The property, stay and host were all excellent. It was a beautiful getaway; the property accentuates the beauty of Sedona with its location and views. It is just a short walk to the trailhead, and we were able to walk the trail to see a wonderful sunset after arriving. The West Sedona location is quiet and surrounded by nature, yet a short drive from anything you want to do in Sedona. Our hosts were welcoming, responsive and accommodating.

Very clean and the host went above and beyond to leave a bottle of wine for me and my new wife since we were honeymooning in Sedona. Would absolutely stay there again!!

This property is has all the basics that you need in a small package, with the extras of the outdoor area to relax after a long day of hiking.The hot tub is a real nice bonus for relaxing and the outdoor area is great for hanging out by the fire pit or gilling some food and having dinner outside or just relaxing with a few drinks.Inside the bed is very comfortable with enough space for storage if you are having a long stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. They even left a little welcome bag with some goodies in it which was a nice touch.Thunder Mountain trail head is walking distance from this rental. You can easily get to other trails from that point if you are prepared to hike a longer distance. There are also shuttles in town that will take you to other trail heads and it is very convenient. The property owners do a good job with communication and the check in and out is a breeze.This is a perfect place for a short stay to get away or a long vacation.

We loved everything about this cabin. We could walk out the door and be on the trails. Everything wwas very clean and ready when we got there. They definitely have the world's softest sheets. We will definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Theresa has stocked her rental with everything that you could possibly need while on the road enjoying the sights of beautiful Sedona. Appreciate all of the amenities that were provided, the fire table, and of course those late night hot tub soaks under the stars. The unit is in a great location, loved walking to the Peace Garden, and it was super comfortable & quiet. Highly recommended, look forward to coming back!

This was the perfect little house for my husband and I! The home was impeccably cleaned and stocked for guests. The hot tub outside was already heated, and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was totally easy, and the host gave me great recommendations for things to do around town. We had a great, relaxing time. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to trails and dining. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this place. Sendona is so beautiful. This house is within 15 minutes of everything. The owners were really great at making sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was just right for a weekend getaway. The only negative was the towels had a musty smell but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This property is in such a great location, short walking distance to a trailhead that leads to the Stupa. Also really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The sunrise was beautiful on this property, would definitely stay here again.
