Stayed Oct 2, 2025The pool is beautiful and enjoyed playing pickleball. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Adam was quick to respond on our questions and a great host. Definitely stay again when back in Vegas!

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The location was good and the house was beautiful. We did have a few kind of strange hiccups during our stay including drug paraphernalia that was left by the previous tenant and some other kind of strange and unusual things( oh Vegas) . This only concerned us because we worried how clean the rest of the house was, though it seemed to be besides these few things. The remote controls throughout the house can control all of the TVs throughout the house. So if someone is watching TV in the living room and they change the channel, your channel will change in the bedrooms or the volume. That's confused us for a while, with pictures falling and breaking in the middle of the night, we thought it was a ghost house, lol. The door knob to the back of the house didn't always work and you thought that you might get locked out but thankfully it did happen, yet. Overall, a good quiet neighborhood. Downfalls.. tvs, paraphernalia, busted door and a promised veterans discount that was never applied

Stayed Jul 9, 2025This house was perfect! Our teenagers loved the pool, basketball court and air hockey table! Lots of space! Each couple had their own space away from the kids with their own bathroom. The kids each had their own bedroom with a bathroom to share in between! It was perfect for our two families! It was in a great location. Close to good restaurants, Walmart and an easy drive to the strip. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all of my questions! We had an overall excellent experience!
