Had a lovely stay.

Nice clean house great location!!

The property was located right behind The Cove in GOTL, which was very convenient to our final destination. Because we were there during New Years, 99% of the strip was closed...and I didn't mind that one bit. It made for easy driving & less chaos. We had a bad rain/wind storm while we were there & the power was out right after the New Year's celebration. Matt answered our call (which didn't surprise me) & let us know the tentative timing for power restoration. I'm glad the place has a gas heater, located in the dining area that could still be used, even though the power was out. The home itself is quaint & nicely furnished...but it's missing one thing...closets or someplace to hang clothing, jackets, etc. No coat hooks made for a bit of a mess within the place while we were there...but we do realize that most of their tenants are going during the summer months, when jackets are normally not needed. Overall, the place was great & we look forward to another visit in the future.

Clean/comfotable property right on the strip- located behind local bar so lots of patrons parking close to house, but not an issue. Host promptly responds to questions.

Third time is a charm! As alawys a nice peaceful stay! Only one thing if you like a comfortable pillow to sleep on bring your own!! This place is clean and affordable and has most necessities! Matt is always a good host!!

Crystal and Matt were great! There was an issue with check in due to the party before still being there. Crystal was very communicative with us during this time. She let us know what was going on, how long it would be until the cleaning was done, and when we could get into the house. When we did get in, we had an issue with a pet smell in the house. I messaged Matt, he sent someone over and Crystal again was in contact with us about the process. The house was good, exactly as the pictures and website depicted. Definitely enough parking for all of us as well.

Matt was a great host, his properties are always as described and have most of what we need. Very cleam and accommodating!! We will visit again! Highly recommend!!

Great location. Walking distance to everything on the strip. The house was perfect for our family trip. We had 7 adults with us, if we had more it would have been a little tight.

Great location, fun areas to walk to and see the beautiful sunset over the lake, eat something good or have a drink. The house was roomy and very comfortable. It was a fun, memorable time with my family, now the beginning of a yearly trip!

Property was very, very clean. Everything that was listed in the VRBO ad was provided and then some. Sheets, linens and pillows were all very clean and we had plenty to get us through the weekend. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property for an enjoyable Geneva stay.

Great house and great location!

Nights were amazing. Mornings were awful. There were large excavators right next door that started at 6. These things happen but a heads up would have been nice. Pretty sure we won't be using VRBO ever again. A couple bad experiences in a row.

This property is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the fire pit. It is very close to the strip. It had everything we needed.

House and property is great. Have stayed at this property before and will again. Perfect for kids and animals to have space to play, house is clean, check-in was great and communication with property manager was awesome. They gave us a 3-hour early check-in because the house was ready. Can easily accommodate six to eight people. Plenty of Linens and space for everyone. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Right behind the Cove!

Nice clean little cottage . Only 4 of us, but 6 comfortably could stay there ( not 10 ). It could of used a few more eating utensils and definitely a can opener. Four adults over 65 and no one knew how to use the hand held opener. Conveniently located and a really nice firepit with plenty of wood. The sink in each bedroom upstairs was a real plus. Would stay there again.

Great location, in the middle of everything, food was just steps away if you needed, plus an excellent day for our four legged fur baby five stars all around

Great location on the strip! Easy walk to everywhere. Lots of room. Firepit outside with wood is a nice addition. Only issue is outside the front door, and parking area needs more gravel added to alleviate the mud and puddles. Would definitely recommend.

we had a great time doing the tipsy elf crawl. Wished more bars would’ve been open, but I guess that’s to be expected when you don’t stay on a weekend.

Nice place and location. Sinks in the upstairs bedrooms were a nice option. Everything needed is there however a few suggestions to improve. Rooms need a small place to hang outfits and lighting could be better.

We stayed here for the weekend for a friend’s wedding and it was a nice stay. We had our young kids and dog with us and I didn’t know it was located right behind a night club. I was worried about how loud it would be at night but it honestly didn’t bother anyone. Couches were uncomfortable but bedrooms and were all nice. Perfect location if you plan on hanging out along the strip. Would stay again if it were just myself and husband or friends but probably not with the whole family.

Good location to the strip

My sister and I stayed here with friends for a little weekend get away! The house was very clean and exactly as stated/shown on the listing. They had far more than enough towels/wash clothes for us as well as pots/pans/utensils for use in the kitchen. The door keypad was easy for Checkin and we had no issues during the stay. We would definitely be happy to stay here again next year!

Great location easy access to everything on the strip with no driving!

Wonderful little property right on the strip. Very clean, wifi, great amenities. Air conditioners were nice and cold. Plenty of space, cute little kitchen. My family loved it!

Everything was clean except we had to take care of, and dispose of, four large dog piles of crap. I understand it is a dog friendly rental, which is great, but the previous renter should have taken care of this before leaving.

Property was as described. Great location to the strip but private enough to enjoy the yard and property for kids and pet (stayed Sunday through Wed). Large bedrooms and bathroom with plenty of linens (a plus!!). House was clean but floors very dirty even though they were mopped (cleaning crew was still there upon check-in arrival time). Living room furniture definitely needs replaced (old, worn, dirty) - really nowhere to sit comfortably inside for adults. Ample outdoor seating but could use some standard patio chairs rather than just Adirondack and a picnic table (took my own outdoor chairs so it was fine). Overall a great house with ample space. Would definitely stay again.
