Under the canopy of live ancient oak trees and situated on half an acre overlooking the creek, sailboats, and shrimp boats at Historic Rockville, the owners have spared no expense in creating the perfect retreat for guests.

Guests enter into an open floor plan. The large, well-equipped, kitchen features leathered granite countertops, farmhouse kitchen sink, subway tile, updated appliances, abundant counterspace, and a wine refrigerator. Two island kitchen islands offer plenty of cooking and serving space for you and your guests. Incredible views of Horseshoe Creek abound from the living area and sunroom. A deck area off the kitchen, remodeled with cable wires, features comfortable seating and a large grill off the stairs.

The open space living area, equipped with LED recessed lighting, a large screen tv, built in bookcases, and ample seating have stunning marsh views too and a small desk, work area. The living room leads to a dining area with large dining table.

A sunroom with ample comfy seating is a great spot for morning reading, an afternoon nap, or an evening cocktail in front of one of the most beautiful Lowcountry sunsets.

A bright half bath with coastal décor is conveniently located off the living room.

A first-floor master bedroom with ensuite bath features a plush, new king bed, large dresser, large smart TV, hanging clothes rack, sunroom access, and stunning marsh views. Inside the master bathroom, guests will enjoy a dual lavatory vanity with white quartz countertops and large ceramic tile shower. The master bath has access to the outside front deck which has secluded seating and an outdoor shower perfect for washing sandy feet after the beach.

Up a few stairs, guests will find a guest room retreat, perfect for children or large groups, equipped with two bunk beds offering double beds on the bottom bunks and twin beds up top. A comfy sofa with sitting area and TV also allow for guests to have their own space in this room.

Upstairs leads to 3 additional guest bedrooms with abundant natural light, bright, designer décor, and access to deck space.

A second master king suite is located upstairs to the left. With marsh views and an ensuite bath, this bedroom has access to the upper deck. A king bed, dresser, TV, and clothes rack are located in the room. The bathroom features large tub/shower combo and vanity with ample light.

An additional bedroom features a plush queen bed, modern and fun ostrich lighting, beach décor, TV, a clothing rack, dresser, and access to the top deck with comfortable rockers.

A fifth bedroom at the end of the hall features a comfortable queen bed, dresser, large closet, TV, and sweeping waterviews. Across the hall, an additional bathroom features a tub/shower combo and new quartz vanity with mirror.

A new washer and dryer are located upstairs in the laundry room.

Outside the home, a large fire pit under the majestic oaks features ample seating overlooks the marsh and dock area. In the garage, guests will find a cooler, boogie boards, and a crab trap for guest use.

    This is a beautiful property, with gorgeous marsh views and a peaceful dock to enjoy it all. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had all we needed.

    We rented for a weekend bc we were attending a family wedding at the Dunlin. The house is amazing with lots of space for everyone, fantastic kitchen, great location and neighborhood, and to top it off a beautiful view from almost every room. The sunset was amazing! Our only regret is we wish we could have rented longer to enjoy it all. Over all a 10 out of 10! High recommend!

    Glad a great stay. House was as advertised. Great kitchen and we cooked most of our meals. Enjoyed the outdoor space and did some good crabbing from the dock during high tide. We will definitely be returning. Only minor comment is that it would be nice to have access to some additional blankets and throws.
