I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not an easy walk to river. Having a pass code when Not needed was very confusing and upsetting. Wasted alot of time trying to make it work. Prefer to have easier access for elderly people.

Stayed May 9, 2025Bring your own towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, shampoo, even hand soap, etc. Like going to the deer lease. Great location. Place was very clean.

The house is cozy, staff are awesome. There's nothing I wouldn't change (other than water level at times) BUT we are looking forward to another year.

Reviewer Comments: Quaint little cottage, very clean and well maintained, very quiet enjoyed hearing the sounds of nature, air conditioning worked really well, got really cold at times and we had to turn them down, location is great and we enjoyed the pizza at the restaurant across the street, we didn't get a chance to use the river access but we went down there and hung out for awhile, we loved waking up in the morning and drinking coffee on the porch, the house had everything we needed, only missed the coffee filters we bought some and donated for the next guests, the only issue we had was with the shower head, that needs to be changed out. The property management was great, communicated professionally and we were well informed.

We fall in love everytime. The frio river is comfortable, relaxing & a place I find easy to have all work problems go away. Even if there's low water flow, we always find it so relaxing when we're there at Stonehaven.
