The house is in a great location which is key!! Nice and quiet neighborhood that’s tucked to itself. Great outdoor deck!! I should’ve read more closely that pets are allowed as we have allergies and the cloth couch seemed to keep in the dog hairs, along with the blankets provided on the couch. When we booked the house had more rooms listed than there physically was as 2 of the rooms listed are a loft and a room in a hallway nook. Good for young kids or teens but not grown adults. Also the pantry was locked so if you have food there’s really no place to store it other than on the counter space. Jacuzzi heaters were having some issues keeping a temperature above 90, but hopefully that has been resolved since our stay
Very spacious comfortable and clean spot walking distance to the mountain. Only complaint about the spot is the real lack of space in the kitchen. We stayed for a week and because the pantry space is used for storage there is nowhere to keep supplies anywhere in the kitchen. But ultimately that's a very small detail. Definitely recommend.
This property is walking distance to the village. We had two families and dogs and had plenty of space. Although there isn’t a fenced yard for dogs and kids, there is a really convenient space behind the house to play, explore, and walk dogs. We would definitely book there again.
This property is in a convenient location but right next to a very busy street . Carpets are disgustingly dirty as well as the floors and bathrooms. BBQ is basically unusable it is so filthy. All the closets are lock so cloths and food are everywhere. Bring infant gate and high chair . Everything is worn out and old . The refrigerator smells like a fish market

This spot is great for families or a big group of friends! It didn't feel too crowded with 12 of us, but there are a lot of shared rooms so be aware of that. We didn't use them, but there were several air mattresses available in the bunk room closet. Location is great - It's a quick (10 minute or so) walk to the village gondola and located close to town. We had a great weekend here!
Everything was great. The booking ,the stay and the experience was all first class.
This was the absolutely best place we have ever stayed. It was very comfortable, quiet and has plenty of room. We needed some maintenance on Thanksgiving Day and it was taken care of very fast. Will definitely stay here again! Awesome property!!
Pros: Location is great no matter where you are going in or around Mammoth. Listing was accurate. Quick property management communication responses. Cons: Some new pans but some old (and not clean), no access to pantry which meant leaving all food on counter, slow Wi-Fi, and living room had no blinds (bright sun in AM). Housekeeping note: more attention to detail needed (dust under couch, spider webs up higher, no soap in soap dispenser).
While we enjoyed our stay, the house is located on a very busy street. We had to keep windows open at night cuz it was hot so the traffic noise was an issue. Central air not sufficient. Not enough patio furniture given # of people house accommodates. I was surprised no foil or serán wrap in kitchen (most places we rent have this) Carpets also could use some cleaning.

This a big, beautiful house located a couple of blocks from Mammoth Lakes Village. Very comfortable, with several bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels for individual privacy. Very clean and well-stocked. Ample parking space on large driveway and garage. Great house to return to, thank you!
The house worked well for our family vacation (four couples) and was well equipped for preparing and eating meals at the house. The location was perfect for cycling, skiing and hiking everyday and was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The vaulted ceilings, large windows, comfortable furniture and fireplaces made for an enjoyable stay.
Stonegate was incredible. The space was spacious and immaculate! It was delightful to enjoy the snowfall through the tall glass windows. We were warm and cozy while the snowstorm raged just outside. The jacuzzi also hit the spot after a long day on the slopes! And we were a short walk from our favorite spot on the mountain, The Mammoth Brewery! The side yard was a wonderful place to build a snow man and play in the snow! We had an incredible stay and I highly recommend this awesome spot!
