- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    We really enjoyed our stay in San Clemente at the Stone Lagoon. We were in town for a wedding, and it was the perfect location to all the activities we attended. Check in was easy, the house clean and plenty of beach towels and beach chairs available. Having the 1 car garage access with driveway space for 3 additional cars was a huge plus as street parking can be a little tight. We were so busy that we didn't get to enjoy the spa or outdoor firepit, but it looked cozy. Thank you for a memorable stay.

    The house was a perfect gathering place for my small family of 6. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, private yard, fire pit and kitchen and dining room for cooking and dining. The hosts were very to responsive to the few questions we had during our stay. We especially loved all the nice touches such as beach chairs and beach towels, soaps and paper towels, trash bags etc which are often not provided in adequate supply. The beds were very comfy too. Great place for a getaway!

    We had an amazing stay at Stone Lagoon by AvantStay! From start to finish, everything was seamless. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and helpful—truly one of the best we've experienced. The home itself was spotless and well-equipped, but what really made it special was the private backyard oasis. We loved having a peaceful, secluded space to unwind after exploring the area.The location couldn't be better—just steps from the beach and with super easy access to main roads and local attractions. It made coming and going a breeze without feeling like we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach retreat!
