Stone house on Brac with amazing garden and sea view

We had a fantastic stay - The bay was so beautiful, the views amazing, lovely terraces, and we loved the outsoor shower. Julia was so Nice and helpfull.

We absolutely loved our time on Brac! The house on Duboka Bay was magical and everything we wanted. From the views, to the gardens, terraces and outdoor shower it was a true Croatian holiday home. The town of Milna has great restaurants and small markets so you will never need to travel far (and once you arrive you will never want to leave the house!). The bay was clear and the most beautiful colors of blue and turquoise. Sea urchins and small fish were found nearby and the swim platform with ladder allows for easy access in and out of the sea. One thing to note is there are over 100 stairs to the sea so plan ahead when going for a swim! Highly recommend the property for small groups as there are three bedrooms with doublebeds and plenty of bathrooms and an outdoor shower. We cannot wait to return to Brac and Duboka Bay!

Excellent holiday. Beautiful house surrounded by lovely terraces. Very close to pristine bathing. The town of Milna was quaint with reasonable dining options and small supermarkets. Lovely hosts.

Wonderful stay! Easy access to the water. Beautiful terrace, especially at sunset. We rented a boat in Milna for the week and kept it down at the jetty.

The villa and property are beautiful with stunning views of the sea from many different vantage points. The property is private and the gardens are beautiful. As promised our hosts Julia and Nikola met us and directed us to the property. They were very charming as the showed us the property and it's amenities. We had 5 nights in this incredible place and did not want to leave. The outdoor shower was wonderful. Brac is a beautiful island with many charming small towns to visit, Thank you Julia and Nikola for an incredible experience.

We spent a wonderful couple of weeks on this beautiful house. Stunning views, beautiful gardens and all set in the most idyllic bay. Hope to return!

A lovingly built and furnished Croatian home . A mature garden and 100 steps down to the sea. This is a place to relax either on the terrace in seclusion, read or dive from the small jetty and swim across the bay. We had a quiet and peaceful holiday. It’s not the ‘designer’ villa but one of character with great view south west to Hvar. Hired car (recommend) and enjoyed a day or two in Bol and on the north coast. Milna just 2 miles away and a couple of good restaurants and chance to watch the yacht types from across Europe. It took less than 3 hours to travel from Split airport to the property on Brac, collecting the car in Supetar on the way.

We loved this place. The house is rather simple, but the owners have built it with a lot of love. The true attraction is the garden with a half dozen different terraces to find a shady place, look at the sea, or meet with a group for dinner or drinks. We also enjoyed the bbq with real wood. The sea is fantastic. We rented a boat to explore the neighboring bays which added to the experience. Highly recommended to families that enjoy a a calm place w/o any neighbors in a great natural setting. Car is a must.

This beach house is an excellent get away. Very close to the picturesque village of Milna, but still a very private area for recreation. The house had everything we needed, together with the great terrace and our own jetty for swimming, we fell in love with the place instantly. Information provided before the trip was excellent and made the whole week worry free. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a get away with all you need for a peaceful holiday.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this house : Julija (the landlady) is charming and her Duboka bay house is lovely : a quick drive away from Milna Harbour, a few steps above the crystal clear water of the Adriatic, with its private ponton perfect to swim or kayaking, it has a shady large stoned terrace overlooking Duboka Bay, Lucice Bay and the Islands of Hvar and Vis… The inside is simple and clean, 3 bedrooms are independant and fine though not very big. We also liked the outdoor shower built in Brac stone ! (there is also a bathroom in the house…). I do recommend warmly this place and house, where I wish we could return soon.
