Beautiful home in the perfect location. The kitchen was well stocked with tons of high end pots and pans and kitchenware. With 4 bedrooms downstairs , on on main floor and one on the 3rd floor, the home provided lots of room to spread out for 2 families. The pool table, fire pit, hot tub and basketball hoop were a plus. We brought a paddle board and rented two 2-person kayaks which was great (company recommended by rental agency drops off and picks up). We would absolutely return to deep creek and stay at this home.

Had a great first trip and experience in Deep Creek. The entire booking from confirmation details, checkin and out was very quick and simple. The property was gorgeous and stocked with anything you need to feel at home. Will definitely be back and hope the same property will be available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. We were pleased at how sturdy it felt after years of staying in beach houses with thin walls and floors. The kitchen was well equipped and the linens and towels met our expectations. Note that there's no real yard, but there is a fire pit in the space that exists. We had no trouble with the hot tub -- it was working as expected once it warmed up. Beware, however, of the embedded travel insurance option in the rental contract. By initialing page 2 of the rental contract, indicating that you've read the terms of the travel insurance, Taylor Made initiates a travel insurance policy (the premium is an additional fee, about 10% of the rental fee). Given that this is a drive-to destination for most and there's no chance of missed flights or lost luggage, the travel insurance wasn't needed for our group. Embedding the travel insurance into the rental contract also seemed suspicious to me, as it should be a separate transaction. Beware, this isn't renter-friendly. It's a fine house and we'd go there again. Just be on alert about the travel insurance.

I was hoping for more yard for children to play in. The only error in description was regarding a Keurig coffee machine. The description specifically listed having a Keurig coffee maker, however, when we arrived, their were 2 drip coffee makers and no Keurig. When the management company was contacted they were very courteous and someone was out quickly with a replacement Keurig since that was what we were prepared for. Overall a very pleasant, relaxing stay.

Its beautiful, comfortable and cozy, and it is very spacious it easily accommodated our large group. I could not be more satisfied with the actual house it’s self. However, I am a very disappointed with Taylor-Made. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW. But it seems they can send me a “please review your stay” email before they can return my phone calls about an issue I had with the property. I had called Taylor-Made over a week prior to our visit. I had seen a lot of reviews claiming the hot tub was not working properly. The hot tub was a major reason we rented this place because our group was there to ski and snowboard, and after a long day wanted to relax in the hot tub. They had told me they “replaced a part on the hot tub Jan 25th and it was 100% up and running.” This was a complete lie. The hot tub did not get over 54 degrees the entire weekend. We called them numerous times, they sent two workers out to “fix it” but it never got even slightly warm. I am very frustrated because I have tried to reach out to Taylor-Made 3 times to discuss my groups extreme disappointment for the lack of a properly working hot tub, especially when I was assured prior to my trip it was working 100%. If I would have know the hot tub was not working I would have requested a different home. So with that said, our group did have a great time and the house was great but the fact the hot tub did not work was a MAJOR negative in our weekend I had 14 disappointed people expecting somthjng they didn’t get.
