Step foot into luxury! This immaculate 8 bedroom, 8.5 bathroom vacation home is everything you have been looking for, and more! Accommodating between 10-30 guests comfortably (no sleeper sofas) Still Waters is guaranteed to fit the entire family with ease. With over 4,500 sq. ft. of living space and more than 1,100 sq. ft. of covered porches Still Waters is the perfect location for large family gatherings, corporate retreats, or just the ultimate getaway!

Upon entering the 1st floor, you are greeted by a large open floor plan with a massive kitchen equipped with two of everything (double refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and even two dining room tables!) The dining room seats up to 20 adults and the kitchen island can seat an additional 5. Trying to watch the big game or relax and watch a movie The living area includes double sectional sofas and features a 60 Samsung Smart TV with a Blu-ray player and wireless sound bar. Also on the 1st floor is a king suite with full attached bath, an additional half bath, and double doors that lead to the private pool and outdoor dining area that seats up to 10.

When making your way up to the 2nd floor you will find 4 king masters, all with private bathrooms. Two of these king suites come equipped with built in twin bunks so that a total of 12 people can stay on this floor. Each room has balcony access to a large covered porch that either overlooks the pool and faces the gulf, or a balcony with a view facing towards the bay. The washer and dryer is also located on the 2nd floor just off of the hallway.

The 3rd floor features a large media room that includes two 60 Samsung TVs (one with Xbox), an air hockey and foosball table, and plenty of extra room to entertain. There is a king master suite with a private bath as well as two bunk rooms located on this floor. One bunk room houses double queen bunks sleeping up to 8 people and a full private bath. The other room includes one set of queen bunks as well as one set of twin bunks sleeping up to 6 people and has its own dedicated bathroom. You also have balcony access to a large covered porch leading off the media room that includes additional seating and beautiful views of the gulf.
