Guests can fully enjoy life on the lake with a covered private dock with sundeck, located in deep, year-round water ideal for boating. All TVs are Roku-equipped, and the home offers high-speed internet, making it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected.

Main Level - Spacious master bedroom (BDR1) with king bed. Ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.

Loft Level - Features bedroom (BDR2) with queen bed, bunk room (BDR3) with full bed/twin bed bunkbed, and a loft with a twin sized day bed. Full bath in hall with single vanity and tub/shower combo.

Basement Level -Large bedroom (BDR4) with 2 queen beds. Full bath with walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi tub.

Lake Chatuge is a TVA lake. The lake levels vary throughout the year. There is water year round under dock with 11+ ft from May - Sept, 6-10ft in early spring and late fall, and 3-4ft from November - March.

Enjoy seamless access with our gradual, sloping pathway – no steep climbs, just a pleasant walk to the dock with short set of stairs. In summer months you can swim off of the dock which has a ladder. Boat parking is included with rental under covered dock. Dock has electricity for use.

Beach and bathroom towels, bedroom linens, toilet paper, hair dryers, iron, and toiletries are provided.

Parents - the home comes with a pack-n-play, baby gate, and booster dining seat with washable tray.
