Stereden vor a stone fisherman's house, close to beaches and shops in the heart Trebeurden.
Stereden vor (starfish) is a fisherman's house built in 1923 and ideally located in Trébeurden, in the heart of the shopping and just 300 meters from the beach. We have renovated in 2013 using materials and quality furniture while taking care to respect the original architecture and charm.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 120 square meters on two floors, it offers a capacity of 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living room with kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, oak and pine floors are original. This part comprises two stacks, one of which is adapted to be used. A room with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet complete the ground floor. A wooden staircase leads to the three bedrooms and the bathroom floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one with a baby bed, the third has two cots which can turn into a double bed. All rooms are equipped with plenty of storage (cabinets, wardrobe, drawers ...). An antique style bath cabinet bathroom, also equipped with a toilet. The cellar is accessible from outside or by a staircase from the kitchen. It is big enough to store bicycles, strollers and beach clothes, or to dry freshly laundered clothes in the washing machine and tumble dryer at your disposal. In the garden of about 300 square meters grow beautiful roses, camellias agapanthus and hydrangeas. Herbs (thyme, mint, parsley) planted in the old wash embellish your dishes. This small garden is facing south-east and is equipped with garden furniture (8 chairs), deck chairs (4) and a charcoal barbecue. A parking space is provided at the rear of the house.

Stereden vor is ideally located 20 meters from the market place.
Within a radius of 100 meters are the market, two bakeries, a hairdresser, two restaurants, two cafes, a supermarket (with an excellent choice of French wines), a pharmacy, the tourist office, two car parks.
Pors Termen beach is 300 meters below. The harbor, beach Tresmeur (sailing school and boat rentals) and numerous restaurants are 800 meters away.
The Intermarché and a cash machine are 1 km away.

Gastronomic and local specialty restaurants (seafood, pancakes) feel free to ask us.
Traditional market every Tuesday at Trébeurden and local market on Friday in summer.
Beachcombing shells and clams (Goas beach Treiz).
Bike rental at the tourist office.
Cap Armor summer activities (information at the tourist office).
Sailing school on the beach Tresmeur including rental sailboats, kayaks and windsurfers.
Walks: coastal footpath to the tip of Bihit the castle and his father Trébeurden and the island Millau, the circuit of the megaliths and chapels in Trébeurden. The big island and its ornithological station or the coastal footpath with lighthouse and beach St Guirec Ploumanac'h.
Boat tour of the seven islands, the island of Batz and Brehat.
Visit the other villages of the pink granite coast: Trégastel, Ploumanac'h and Perros-Guirec.
Market Trégastel (every Monday) and Lannion (every Thursday).
The radome and Gallic village in Pleumeur-Bodou.

    We spent four weeks at the property. There were four adults and a dog. The house is well equipped and comfortable with everything needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. We all enjoyed our stay.

    We were a party of 4 adults and our dog Ronnie, so there was a lot of space for us. It is a lovely light and comfortable house in a quiet village location, within walking distance from 2 lovely beaches. The village has a lovely quiet feel, with all the basic shops including a large supermarket, a few restaurants and a weekly market. We were fortunate to have some hot and sunny weather and had a wonderful holiday. The house is well equipped and our dog loved the small sunny garden. We loved the area which is stunningly beautiful so thank you for a relaxing break.
