Steps to water, easy access to town center!

Great accommodations! Very clean! Great kitchen and comfortable beds!Location is perfect for beach, dinner spots and biking!

Just returned for a long weekend. We took the rental up on an extra night and got up there really late. Had some issues getting in with code but Del Mar answered. I was unaware that the two levels are not accessed through the inside and only the outside. Might have missed that in my research of property. We stayed in the part downstairs the first night as that is where we were able to get in. For the remainder of the stay we were upstairs and it was great. Kitchen was perfect and we enjoyed the outdoor deck. Unit was very close to beach access. Also walking distance to coffee and food.

We had a great vacation overall and really enjoyed our time at the property. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants, which made it very convenient. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and the upstairs suite was especially nice: bright, fresh, and very comfortable.That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. We noticed quite a few ants in the kitchen area despite our efforts to keep food off the counters and minimize crumbs. The downstairs suite had a persistent musty, basement-like odor throughout our stay. Although there were air fresheners, they were empty and didn’t help with the smell.We also experienced the hot water going out twice during our stay, which affected both suites and resulted in cold showers — definitely not ideal. To their credit, Del Mar responded quickly and resolved the issue both times, but it was an inconvenience we hadn’t anticipated.Despite those hiccups, we had a good stay and loved being able to walk to the beach so easily. With some fixes, this property would be better for future guests.

The property was very clean and so close to the beach. We had a great time. My only complaint would be the WiFi. Anytime we wanted to wind down and watch a movie the Apple boxes were basically not functional

I’ve been to the Cape my whole life. Wellfleet is my new “go to” area to stay. My husband is new to the Cape and greatly enjoyed himself The home is well maintained and relaxing. This spot is lovely and very accessible to the town and several restaurant and hiking areas.

The property is exceptional (except for the lower level.) It’s very clean and comfortable. Love all the windows. There was a problem with the stove that caused an electrical problem. Getting that sorted took 3-4 days because we had to figure out the cause. It was aggravating and took up vacation time BUT I was so glad we were dealing with Del Mar. They did everything they could to solve the problem efficiently. Aside from one person, they did everything they could in a kind, helpful and attentive manner. So I am grateful we rented from them. The lower level bedroom is very musty so if you are sensitive to that, be aware and the shower in the lower level doesn’t really work well.

Very functional property, had everything we needed. Clean, great location.

The place is really cute though the layout is a little strange (main living area with two bedrooms upstairs; fully disconnected primary suite downstairs). This would be great for many people but was slightly surprising to us. Very convenient location!

Great spot and great weather. Communication with DelMar was very good.
