Such a great place! Perfect location a block from the beach, perfectly spacious for a family trip with everything we needed

The selling point on this home is the location. It's a super-short walk to the beach ... either down Pelican or Osprey. You can hop on the bike trail and be at Coligny in minutes. The house itself is totally adequate and what we are used to for a summer beach rental. A little dated. Not quite enough seating for the number of people the house can hold. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans, etc., but needs organization to create space to put away groceries, etc. Plenty of plates, bowls, etc., which was a real blessing! The screened in porch was my favorite spot first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening while the kids cooked dinner. (The benefit of having adult children!) And the fact that full-size shampoo/conditioner/body wash were in all of the bathrooms was a welcome surprise!

Nice home, walking distance to everything, we spent a lot of time at the beach loved that it was so close! Screen porch is so nice to sit on and watch afternoon shower come in. Property manager is such a nice lady and picks up the phone and makes sure everything goes well for you and your family.

Great location and house, but needs repair as there are dangerous conditions with floors and deck.

House is as described. Provides good amount of space for an extended family stay. The lay out is really nice with two bedrooms on the right side of the living area and the other two on left. The room with the four double bunks is especially nice for tweens. It's set apart through the laundry room and provides a nice space for all kids to stay together. Our tweens really enjoyed having this bedroomspace to themselves. While the house itself needs a little updating, it was clean, comfortable and just a 4–5-minute walk to the beach. Also, on the walkingbiking path which was perfect for the kids to go off on their own. We didn't do much cooking or bbq'ing but would say that the yard probably needs some work. I don't think it would have been very accommodating if we did want to gather outside. Chloe at the local VRBO office was awesome as a property manager and responded to the few needs we had very quickly. We enjoyed the area for the quiet beach and liked being apx a mile from the shopsrestaurant area. Overall, the house and location suited our needs well.

We had a very pleasant stay in Hilton Head at this home. It was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping food restaurants, parks, etc. There were 7 of us, 6 humans and 1 doggie, and everyone enjoyed the home as well.

Ample room for family comfort, well equipped kitchen and very close walking distance to the beach. All our recreation activities were also within 15 to 20 minutes away.

Nice place close to the beach…

We were looking for a house close to the beach, shopping and restaurants, this house exceeded our expectations. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than a mile to Coligny. The layout of the house provided family gathering space and privacy for our 2 families with separate bedroom areas. The bunk room was great for the kids! The kitchen was fully stocked and the screened in porch provided a nice spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It is also on the bike path which made it easy access for bike riding and walking. This was a great house and we will definitely stay here again.

As the title says, the house has good proximity to the beach and was mostly clean (the outdoor shower was filled with dead bugs and leaves but since this is outside its somewhat unavoidable). The major flaw is the available kitchen tools. There were only 2 pans in the kitchen, one had grill lines and thus couldn't be used for something like cooking eggs. The other pan, which could have been used to cook, was rusty and thus unsafe for use. If I did not need the kitchen, then this house would've suited my needs.

At the last minute we changed our vacation plans to go to Hilton Head. I found this home and was very worried that the pictures wouldn’t be the same as the what we would see once we arrived. To my surprise I was impressed. As soon as we walked in it smelled clean and the pictures were spot on. It was a GREAT location to easily access the beach and Coligny Square. Very spacious rooms, the cabinets were full of dishes and cookware along with silverware. If you look at the pictures it shows a room with two bunk beds joined together. I was so impressed with the bunk beds, they were all full size beds. Even the top bunks, I had never seen full sized bunk beds. And the screened porch was so relaxing. The ceiling fan kept a breeze around you while you set in this area and just relaxed and watched traffic along North Forest Beach and people riding bikes up and down the small access road made for the bikes. Great place to stay, I would stay here again if it’s available when we return to Hilton Head.

Close to beach. Quiet area. Nice beach. Good bike trails.
