There were only a few things that I wish the house had - one was another outside trash can and also a recycling bin. Also if the mattresses were upgraded it would have made for more pleasant sleeping - but that said, they were not as bad as we have seen in some rentals. Overall, the house was well furnished and we hope to rent there again!

There was an elevator issue that was handled immediately. Kitchen cooking and baking items could be updated. Issue with linen package: damp towels on bed when we arrived, Bed linens wrapped in plastic on top of bunk not being used with mold. Lines dropped off on Thursday for next tenants and left outside under open steps. This explains the mold.

We got this property specifically with an elevator because we were taking my 85-year-old mother. The elevator only worked for two hours the entire time we were there so my mother had to climb up and down four flights of stairs every time we left the house. The linen package is a joke unless you want to use the same washcloth for four days without washing it and you like exfoliating sheets. My sister also found a dirty diaper under the bed.

The cottage was nice with great access to the beach. The elevator was a great feature for my senior companions. However there was an extreme amount of bird excrement from small birds perching under the roof on the deck. The pool looked clean but the weather was cool and we did not swim. The code I was emailed did not unlock the door but was remedied with a call to the management company. The view from the dining table is wonderful.The grounds are well maintained.
