Welcome to Gulf Winds East #51, a laid-back coastal escape designed for easy living and memorable beach days. This two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome offers a spacious, multi-level layout that gives everyone room to spread out while still feeling connected.

The main level is perfect for gathering, with an open living area that flows into the dining space and kitchen—ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed evenings in. Step outside and you’ll find not one, but two patio spaces on the first floor, giving you flexible options for outdoor lounging, morning coffee, or winding down after a day in the sun. A convenient half bath and in-unit laundry add to the ease of your stay.

Upstairs, both bedrooms offer a private retreat, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to a personal balcony. Whether you’re starting your day with a quiet moment outdoors or catching a coastal breeze in the evening, these private spaces make all the difference.

Best of all, the beach is just across the street, making it effortless to go from your front door to the shoreline in minutes. When you’re ready for a change of pace, enjoy the community pool or explore the surrounding area filled with local favorites.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
