It is an ideal location to plan your relaxing beach vacation with family and friends. The large two-story unit features a private bedroom suite on the upper level with a living area, fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, bathroom, and deck with a gas grill. The main level has two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom is a spacious master suite with a private deck and a fireplace. All the rooms have their personal TV to enjoy and relax. Perfect for Multi-generational family visits.

The unit is only one block from the beach and within walking distance of Tolovana Beach State Recreation Site, allowing you to spend your days strolling on the magic sand, exploring the amazing tide pools, flying kites, and building sandcastles. In addition to being within walking distance of the beach, the magnificent Haystack Rock, and Tolovana State Park, you will be able to stroll to Mo`s Restaurant, Fresh Foods, Sea Level Bakery, Warren House Pub, Market, and Pizza.

Cannon Beach downtown is just one-and-a-half miles north and has many fun shops, great restaurants, and local breweries to enjoy. You're just four miles south of excellent hiking in Ecola State Park, Five miles south, Oswald West State Park offers over a dozen miles of hiking trails to the spectacular views of Falcon Cape Overlook,10 miles south of Seaside's aquarium, souvenir shops, and additional beaches. Nehalem, 14-and-a-half miles away, provides ample opportunities for fishing on the river while ocean charters offer access to saltwater fishing.

    Overall, the property being within walking distance to the beach was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the unit itself needs attention and updating. The bedrooms were an issue. The curtains did not fully cover the windows, leaving large gaps and very little privacy. The mattress pads had several large yellow stains. With better upkeep, this could be a much better experience, but in its current condition it did not meet expectations.

    We picked this unit for the fireplace in the living room, which did not work. We read the extensive fireplace troubleshooting instructions, eventually got the pilot light lit, but no fire. We called and were told someone would be by the next day to fix it, but we never saw anyone, nor did we receive an update until I brought it up before check-out when we were told no one could get there for 3-4 days (we only stayed 2 nights). Overall, the unit feels a bit rundown and the upstairs bathroom door is also in need of attention- someone in our group got stuck in the bathroom. The fireplaces in the two bedrooms were nice and the location was close to the beach.

    We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was clean, warm and organized. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, which was perfect! Loved the fireplaces in the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable! Location was great, walked to beach and the market and sea level coffee shop. We had a wonderful stay!

    Incredible location - just a couple of minutes to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Very roomy, multiple balconies and easy parking. Beach items and more provided. We loved it!

    Great getaway spot right next to the beach! Spacious rooms and plenty of space for family. The kitchen is pretty small, but was great for just a couple nights.
