Steps to Skiing, Main Street, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Gourmet Kitchen & Room to Relax

We had a fantastic 6-night stay at this VRBO in Park City over the 4th of July 2025 with my wife, two kids, and their partners. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and holiday events while staying in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotlessly clean, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The amenities were top-notch: a modern, well-equipped kitchen, cozy and spacious living areas, reliable Wi-Fi, and a hot tub that was a hit after busy days. The outdoor space was great for relaxing. The hosts were responsive and ensured everything ran smoothly. This property was an ideal base for our family vacation, and we highly recommend it. We’re already excited to return!

The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The property is close to Main St Park City. The ski lift was within walking distance of the property. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect spot overlooking Park City and the mountains and is a quick walk to Main Street or Park City Mountain skiing. The home is modern and well designed, with comfortable furnishings and is appointed with anything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fantastic with high end appliances and plenty of room for a large family or group. All the bedrooms have super comfortable beds and bedding. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the construction and design of this home. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home located in a great location of Park City. Easy walk to Main St. and all that Park City offers. Easy access to both ski resorts. We will be coming back.

Our family’s experience at Terri’s residence could not have been more lovely. With a great location, plenty of household amenities, and ample and timely communication from our host, we had a stunning summer holiday. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a fabulous time at this property in Park City! It was fully stocked with most anything we needed and the home is gorgeous! It was perfect for our family! We enjoyed being so close to Main Street and the Town Lift. It is close enough to Town Lift with a few steps and a little stroll for a great ski in/ski out. While we were there the mountain was low on snowfall but we were able to ski out; however, runs to Town Lift were closed so we were unable to ski in but no problem with the buses and trolley being so easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend as the host and manager were wonderful to work with!

Great house in a great location. Owner and property manager were very responsive and incredibly helpful. We had 2 families with older children and it was perfect.

We’ve stayed in multiple Deer Valley and Park City homes and this was by far the best! Terri was communicative and kind, the home was stunning, the kitchen was thoroughly stocked, and everything was very clean. We left and immediately tried to book for next year (our dates were already gone!). Five stars for a truly wonderful stay.

We were a group of 9 - 2 adults and our 3 teenage children and their friends. The house was clean, bright and spacious and fit all of us comfortably. Excellent location for skiing and Main Street. We loved it and hope to go back next year.

We loved staying at this beautiful property that overlooks Park City. It was a close walk to the downtown area but we really didn't want to leave the house because it was so nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
